1. Delete Unresponsive Messages

   My inbox is full of messages from people didn't respond, as I'm sure others are too. It would be nice to have a function to delete these messages either auto delete or a filter to more easily locate the messages to delete them. This is a win win situation for users and Grindr. User has a leaner inbox experience and Grindr servers aren't logging messages that never got a response.

12. I was charged 3 times for membership and i wasnt aware of any difference in services. Google pay made this possible. I would want to know

13. Notifications are always delayed on Android.

    I'm using Grindr on Android. For as long as I can remember, notifications are delayed by 5 minutes or more unless app is in the foreground with the screen on. It has become even more obvious now that I also have Grindr installed on my iPad. I will receive a Grindr notification on my iPad when the message is received, but no notification on my phone. If I then turn my Android screen on, I suddenly receive the notification, but if I don't turn my screen on, the notification is delayed by 5 minutes or more. 15. Revert New Activity Tab Layout

    The new format has tabs for the "main page", "activity" (which is just taps and views), and then "chats" in that order. The most useful features in the app are the main page with user profiles, and chats.

    Activity is just incredibly noisy. Taps were already a nuisance in the app that many people tried disabling. In order to even do anything with a tap, you still need to chat with the person. Unfortunately you've moved this in between the two core features of the app, and there's now a permanent red notification icon there since in the city someone will ALWAYS view your profile.

    Revert to the original layout, and treat activity with its actual worth, which is nothing next to chats. At the very least, reorder the tabs so activity is last, and remove one of the tabs so the buttons aren't now so small, and let us disable the notification icon for taps and views.

    To make it worse, user profiles pop up as a preview over activity whenever someone views your profile, so there's just a permanent preview of men that don't match my filters stuck on every page of the app.

19. Blank profiles are a huge problem

    Blank profiles sending messages has to be stopped. It creates a horrible user experience for paying customers. Prompt these users letting them know they cannot message without a face picture period.

20. Are you trying to pair me with an advertiser or a hot guy?

    This app used to be a place to meet hot guys, guys that have been a big part of my life. But now, it feels like the app is more interested in selling me ads and pairing me with a corporate sponsor. Sad to see and seems even harder to use. If feels like if I don’t pay for the app you intentionally make users profiles glitch every time I move around my city. These glitches never used to happen - now it’s guaranteed every time. I’ve stopped using this app. It sucks. Revert back to how you used to be. Value what matters most - connection - not corporate greed and planned obsolescence.
