  2. Location

    I have Subscription for Grindr Xtra and it's is currently active. But I am unable to use any of the filters in the app and also I am getting a error alert in the app when I try to refresh the app, it says "The app is unable to determine my location" I am tired of this pathetic service.

    Allow contact to at least the last. tap received. It is completely pointless. to. send taps and not even know who is sending them. Another reason to delete the app...

    This app was created with the intention being used by gay MALES. When did this concept change? Why do we now have women of various types, OVERPOPULATING the app? I'm not saying you should ban them, but I still don't want to see or be contacted by women at any time while using an APP FOR GAY MEN.

    That said, GRINDR no longer feels like a safe space for GAY MALES. If you no longer wish to SUPPORT the gay male community, please just say so.

  12. Go to next profile when browsing after i hide someone

    I actually like the hide feature. What I don't like is while I'm browsing and after I hide someone instead of going to the next profile I'm thrown back into the main browse screen. Why not just skip to the next profile?

  13. The hide feature should always show up as an option

    I like the hide feature but it should always be available and not just when browsing. There are times after chatting with someone I don't want to block them but I prefer to not keep showing up when they are browsing.

  16. Adding multiple tag filters: if any apply, display the profile

    Currently, when applying multiple filters to a search, the system is running it as an AND condition (all selected tags must apply). When I apply multiple filter tags, I want to widen the scope, not narrow it. You should switch this to an OR operator. Literally just replace && with || in your if (condition) block.

    If your volume is turned up you hear and high pitched sound when using the app have confirmed with other iPhone users as well something to do with In app adds really annoying and it’s heard with people with hearing aids

    I create my account using Google, but I will not keep this email for long time. So I'd like to migrate all data to a regular account (login by email and password), keeping my account ID and all data.

  19. Chats are taking forever to load

    Since a few months now, it takes forever to receive and send messages.
    I get a notification about a text, open the chat and wait for sometimes up to 60 seconds for the message to appear in the chat.

    I have noticed it to get worse the longer the chat gets.

    I have that issue on Android and just spoke to someone who has the same problem on an iPhone.
