Bot Elimination.
My Idea is to use multiple measures to make creating bots on this platform hard and expensive. I would hate to see that this company is allowing bot users to create bots to inflate user numbers. We should be aware of this kind of stuff as a community. Hey everyone, I’m a junior at UCLA, drowning in deadlines and a part-time job at Starbucks. EssayPay keeps popping up on Reddit as a lifeline for busy students, but is it legit? Can it deliver quality essays that won’t get me flagged for plagiarism? I need something that fits my voice, not some robotic copy-paste job. Has anyone used it for psych or lit papers? Bring back AT LEAST one free explore chat
Being back free explore with 1 free profile unlock! This app is already buggy and hard to find people to connect with, we should be able to at least be able to view profiles in explore. The free version of this app isn’t even worth the effort anymore.

Distance filter
PLEASE add a distance filter, roaming doesn't work, Im sorry but someone 325 miles away from me should not be considered "near" me, a distance filter would solve this, I only see people in different states most of the time.

Stop relying on AI to do everything..
just because i look young ive been banned while paying for a subscription.
Why do i have to go through the process of uploading an image of myself holding up numbers I've written down.
Why cant i just send you my ID?
I think its a bit of a jump from no verification to real time pictures being sent via email because I happen to look young for my age (im 33) . Make it easier !!! The ads were bad enough this spells the end of using grindr forever more for me.

Guys the ads are diabolical at the minute. I get the need for ads on a free app, I really do, but 3 minute unskippable ads every few clicks is awful. If you want to gimme a quick 10-15 sec ad every now and then, feel free. But making me watch 3 minutes of some shitty A.I generated game that probably doesnt actually exist and im NEVER going to play is a joke

Show select details from their profile overlayed on their photo (age, position, looking for). Could be displayed below their headline.

Require Person Authentication when creating accounts
There are too many fake accounts. It’s really turning me off from using Grindr. Please make everyone submit ID to verify they are a person and not spam. I want to be able to filter and only see verified accounts. (Of course deleting ID right after verification, no storing of data permanently.)

What was wrong with the old version? At least it's saved your preferences. This is a joke having to keep going in and saving your preferences and for the cost of this now is definitely not worth it. As I said this is now the Myspace of the gay social network

Better moderation of fake profiles
There needs to be better moderation of fake profiles because it doesn't look like there is any at all right now. There are more fake profiles than real people on the grid and you expect ppl to pay a pretty high fee to subscribe to an app that seems to get worse with each update instead of better. It feels like the only moderation done is when the people using the app report a fake profile. If we are paying for your service we shouldn't be doing the work that needs done, we aren't employees. Do better.

Favoites tab
Bring back the favorites tab to how it was. Being sorted two profiles per row was much easier and nicer, and it’s a pain having to view their profiles to see how recent they’ve been active, also the “clear” button sounds messy and like an easy way to loose all your contacts if it gets pressed by accident.
