3. The Membership fee is too high and the free version offers too little: Not safe or fair Privacy=Money.

   It's a fact other apps have been sued for overlooking the safety of their clients. It is not reasonable that a paying member gets incognito privileges to lurk & troll all, yet a free account suffers this secret observation by those with money. Having money does not guarantee your patron isn't some psycho, it leaves the unsuspecting others at theer y if those affording the ability to cloak themselves. Need I sight a case where several kidnappings, rapes and eventually murder happened with Adam4Adam and their GPS systems? If you are about the customer experience and most importantly, safety, it should reflect in a policy which doesn't grant the wealthy patrons to spy on those who are unable to pay your high cost of membership: Dangerous and Unconstitutionally unprotective. Think about the level of jeopardy you're putting people in with one sneaky ability: cloaking is a super power especially when compared to nothing to defend yourself with. Look at all the blank profiles who have absolutely no information on their profiles. They are lurkers, stalkers, fakes, flakes, etc.. They aren't your typical closeted person protecting their privacy, they are accomplishing protecting their identities falsifying their identities and observing exposed others.

   I also am offended by your inquiring about HIV tests and COVID-19 and MONKEY POX shots. Is this a study of some type of does the gay scene promote discriminatory behavior toward others? Who in todays society requires (or ever has) a monkey pox or COVID vaccine? Not a soul. As for HIV this is a discriminatory question with a two-fold result: Damned if you answer, and Damned if you don't. Sir, I live in a very small town and I am already taking a risk to use a homosexual dating app, I do not want 1970s procedures up in my face concerning an ailment which has been given a greenlight perhaps you should check into: Undetectable=Untransmittable. Your line of questioning lends itself naturally to all the hideous insensitive and bogus fears others maintain, still, in the year 2024. I will not fight this internally by or with this community. 11. don’t advertise on unlimited subscriptions

    If I’m paying for unlimited I shouldn’t have advertising in my messages. 90% of my reasons that I pay for unlimited is to get rid of your insane ads. Intrusive or not, don’t advertise your unlimited subscriptions as ad free if there is going to be permanent advertisement bar at the top of the messages. This company is rapidly becoming part of the problem in this world

12. Enough with the pop ups

    All the pop up ads is making the app unusable. Open the app…AD. Go to send/read message…AD. Breathe while the app open…AD. Its annoying! Then on top of that more and more basic features keep getting moved behind a paywall. Just save everyone the trouble and say the app is subscription only so we can all leave and find something better!

    It’s a really sad day when as a gay man, you are forced to pay to just interact with your own community. The subscriptions are way too expensive so some features need to be free! Removing free features will earn the distrust of the community, that can’t be replaced with other customers.

15. I do not want the same filters applied to Favourites as the main grid

    Having the same filters applied to my Favourites as the main grid makes the whole app slow and harder to use. I do not want the filters I’m using to apply to both. This change makes using the app a clumsy experience. I am far less likely to continue paying a subscription when the user experience gets worse as a result of updates.

16. Disable or remove the hide function

    The hide function does not work properly as it hides people but does not block them. It may hide the user from the main screen, but if that person has me in their conversations or favorites list, they will still be able to contact me.
