Paid Subscriber but Still Seeing Ads
I'm a paid subscriber to Grindr yet I'm now starting to see ads in my message box. They show up looking almost like a message, but with the word "AD" on the right side. The current one says "Who's the A**hole, Episode 2."

Scam accounts using profile text & socials to try fish for victims.
All scam accounts ask you to contact them on their socials in their profile text. So make it against the rules to ask people to contact you outside of Grindr on socials etc. in your profile text. All the scam accounts do this and with this rule change it would be much easier to report them.

“Unable to refresh”
I’m not getting conversations until the next day. Most times I’m not getting any kind of response due to the app not refreshing and responding properly.
Only to open it up 12 or 14 hours later to responses that should have been shown while I was active.Why pay for an app that fails this bad and this often?

Pic Guard
This app is SO FULL of catfish and duplicate profiles.
I want a feature that integrates with social media platforms, scrubs your pictures, and alerts you if someone is using your pictures. If you get an alert that someone is using your pictures, that profile/device/email/ip/phone should be banned permanently.
Integration to Instagram/Facebook via API is possible, and people would need to grant permissions to access their photo libraries, which is an obvious privacy concern, but I would personally upload every photo I’ve ever taken of myself to a database that prevents someone from impersonating me.

Hola, me gustan los hombres trans, y no existe la posibilidad de filtrarlos. Podría estar en "Tribus" o "Identidad de género", donde puedas como ponemos "pasivo, activo, o inter", filtrar hombres o mujeres trans, no todos son varones cis. Gracias

Favorites tab: Keep last seen time + profile info visible
Hello Grindr Team!
I just want to say thank you and also kindly ask: please keep the current layout of the "Favorites" tab with the fixed bottom bar (star icon).
This version is MUCH better than the previous ones. I really like that:
I can easily see the last activity time (minutes, hours, days) directly in the Favorites grid
When I click on a profile, I get a bigger photo, distance, name, and last seen time
Everything feels more organized and quicker to use.
There were updates in the past where this layout changed or the activity time disappeared, and…

Unsolicited dick pics
You moderate inappropriate profile pictures. There has to be a way to prevent the visual assault of male frontal nudity. For me personally, it triggers traumatic sexual molestation memories and I get nauseous, it never ends . I put on my headline “no dick pics”. A lot of people probably send them because I say that. I’ve left the app several times, but I come back because it’s sucks having to explain what transgender is to guys on Tinder. Sending an unsolicited nude pic is a misdemeanor crime in Texas. Bug report
Profile text is being cut off in some cases. I use a full sentence, followed by a few bullets, but nothing appears publicly except the sentence. When I click to edit it, the full text I typed is editable, but still only the sentence is publicly visible when I save.

Suggestion for Mutual Album Sharing

I’d like to suggest a more fair feature regarding private album sharing. Currently, users can view someone’s album without having to share theirs in return. This often leads to one-sided interactions where someone views my album, decides they’re not interested, and blocks me — without giving me the chance to see theirs.
To promote fairness and mutual respect, I suggest implementing a mutual album sharing feature. For example, once someone opens my album, their album should automatically become viewable to me as well (if they have one), or there should be a prompt encouraging mutual exchange.

Gender identification problem
The difference between "who I am" and "what I am looking for" doesent seem to be clear for many people. It seems theres a problem on the description.
Also, there should be included as genre: non binary and crosdresser, cos right now, them all are in as trans people and thats not exactly right. Right?
Also, there should b another one saying if u are a trans fem or a trans male.
