Bring Back Race Filter for Better Match Preferences
Hi there,
I really enjoy using the app and appreciate the platform you’ve created for people to connect. I wanted to suggest bringing back the race filter—not as a tool for exclusion, but as a way to better tailor searches to individual preferences.Personally, I’m particularly attracted to Black men and often find it difficult to connect with them in my area. While I do chat with and have made meaningful connections with people of all backgrounds, having the option to filter by race would make it easier to connect with those I’m most interested in romantically.

Still taking up additional space for Boost
Still taking up screen space selling Extra
Still not letting you chat with other locations w/o $$
Still being sent to buy gaming apps when clicking on chat on profile & can't get away without coming out of grindr.
This app continues to pound you with advertisements, wanting more $$, taking away & Limiting its normal basic good features that always made this my go app.

Subscription prices are outrageously expensive.
i would buy another year of unlimited if prices hadnt got so high. Just not enough value to justify spending more than my gym membership. Now Im forced to switch to a cheaper app/platform because the free version is unusable.k

Grindr needs to be just for men seeking men
Grindr will not succeed as an all in one app for hook ups. It needs to be men for men only. That is how and why I can accept to pay the ridiculously high cost for subscriptions for features that used to be free or at least free in a lower tier subscription, but that’s a whole other topic for another time. Clean up messages from guys who never replied any message
Adding a message filter to identify messages from guys who never replied any message (at least if read) would help clean up the message box. Indeed when you try to reach out to a bunch of guys, you don’t need to keep the thread of messages when they never replied one of several messages.
