Too many ads
Too many ads, too much. Less than a minute after you launch the app, ads are forced to appear. Or click one or two user information to display ads, and the ad time is still very long.
Now that there is a free version for people to use, the quality of the users should be maintained. Inserting ads is understandable, but not too many.
The paid price of the software has increased significantly compared to the past. When using the free version, the experience is already terrible, making people even less willing to pay.

More theme choices
The app currently offers only a yellow and black theme, which can be too bold and noticeable. This creates a problem for users who prefer a more neutral or discreet appearance, especially when using the app in public. Offering additional theme options, including a more subtle and professional one, would make the app more versatile and user-friendly for all users.

êtes vous conscient que plus les mise à jour se déploient plus vous tuez votre application ?
la sélection de l’âge , le fil d’affichage des profils réduits drastiquement, le prix de vos abonnements, l’option masquer au détriment de bloquer…
plus les mois passent plus vous la rendez inintéressante.
c’est bien triste la version que vous nous proposez, surtout pour les gens habitant dans des zones moins denses..

Allow filtering by hiv status to allow poz guys find other poz guys
It would make such a huge difference to poz guys if you could let us find other poz guys. This won’t get many upvotes because it doesn’t affect most users but for those of us who are poz it would be a huge improvement to our lives to be able to find other poz guys, so please please implement this 🙏. Perhaps the filter can only be visible to guys who have their hiv status as poz on their profile if you’re worried about prejudiced people abusing the filter. COST!
You cost for subscipions is insane. I and many other people are going to leave your app completely due to this. Have a small fee a lot of users will pay instead of a huge fee no one will pay. Otherwise, your app is done and over. way too much competition out there. Dont be greedy, it'll hurt you. You'll see.

Suggestions for Improving Grindr
I would like Grindr to add more advanced filters, like filtering by online status or specific interests. Also, the app should have an option to hide your exact location to increase privacy and safety for users. Thanks for listening to the community!

Banning by numbers makes it hard for the ones who are ban to join back in.

Return the age range filter to be with smaller gap
Currently the smallest gap is 6 years. It is way too big to filter by age… Back in the days you could set it up for the same year like 25-25, but now the smallest range is 25-30.
