Taps more than 3hours old are now hidden?!
What the hell? As if Grindr weren’t pretty shitty already (the free version), you have to go and make it worse? We can’t see taps more than 3 hours old, the grid doesn’t refresh on its own (if it loads at all), and you can’t even view a profile without getting an ad. You guys have just gotten greedy and it’s disgusting.

grindr should bring back group chat feature. it is hard to coordinate when an idea is in the making and more than two people are involved in the plan. i hope grindr will think about our pleasure and desires as it is made for the community and not entirely a capitalist app. or maybe i am mistaken that it is now a profit making application. queer folx assemble ans vote for the feature. let's have it back.

Se va a enviar o mejor se va a escribir un mensaje o se va a ver una foto y no lo permite porque lo devuelve a uno al perfil inicial donde dice di algo y luego la llama y luego el recuadro para contestar. Se devuelve tan rápido que un mensaje largo no se puede leer

Still waiting for a feature that allows you to make yourself invisible to people you aren't interested in.
I keep getting messages from men old enough to be my dad and 10+ years younger than me. I have my search filtered to look no more than 2 years younger and no more than 6 years older. This has been asked for many, many times. There needs to be at the very least a checkbox to make yourself visible to everybody you've filtered out of your search so people don't end up wasting their time on someone they don't have a chance with. Rename "tribes". The concept is helpful, using the language of a slaughtered people is not.

Judging by all the negative comments and product deterioration over the last few months, it's clear that Grindr has lost its way. In fact, when you read the following ad for Grindr Unlimited, it's clear that the app just cares about making money from elite users in the 1%, not the rest of us:

Fake picture removal
I have seen many of the profiles are sharing/misusing someone else pictures. Have faced many complications due to that. To avoid that, why don't use the face recognization option to upload pictures. We have enabled Camera option already. For time being, let's block the option of uploading pictures. I am sure no one is uploading anything useful to anyone in our community. Instead, the only option to share their picture is to take their face picture using camera which will be uploaded in app to be shared.
