Does not work in the subway (won’t refresh)
Not sure why, but it won’t refresh in the NYC subway- even if I have full bars, and whether or not I’m connected to transit WiFi. Anyone else experiencing this or know why?

Adverts that won't close. Adverts that hang the app.
This issue of popup ads that present the [X] to close, that promptly ignores it and opens up the play store or similar and hangs the app all the time having to force close it gotta be fixed. I'm not sure your advertisers would be happy to know that they are wasting money advertising on your horrible app.

High price, poor quality
The prices for these add ons are ridiculously high for how poor this app actually works. I never get notified on anything except for these dumb taps. The app is absolutely struggling to load profiles, where I have yo constantly exit out of the app and log back in. Or, I have to uninstall and install it back on. I also thought this was a gay app, not a trans app. Just awful developers that don't know what to they're doing.

Apps very glitchy
My texts come back as if I sent them. Very frustrating becuase I get pinged and my phone vibrates. As well it vibrates with no taps and messages. Ads are extremly annoying hate having to sit in a 30 second ad and then have to click through two more pages to get rid of them. I literally just have decided to unload the app and reload it so I can get through the adds, it’s quicker that way!!! Also you should move the tap to the top of the screen to avoid accidental taps. And make the other option if…

Gender filter not working for Men.
Gender filter does not work as it should. When I search Man it shows me Trans men.
Grindr support is unhelpful and says 'Trans Men are Men'
If you filter 'Trans Men' only Trans Men show up. Why are Trans people given more privilege to filter people?
I am only attracted to biological men.

Cannot text new people nor can review profiles post new update
After last update , whenever i am i am tryinh to open a new profile , nothing is opening only a blank screen comes. I had my subscription and facing tjis issue for last 3 to 4 days , my subscription is waste.

"NSFW Pics: Never" doesn't show when others view my profile.
Also, please make the setting actually do something... it should prevent the sender's message from reaching those who don't want to be sexually assaulted via your app.

Add chat filter “Failed to Send”
There is no way currently to filter chats that contain messages with a status of “Failed to Send”. It is conceivable that a user might have multiples of these either intermittently or consecutively that aren’t immediately apparent to the user at the time of sending (there is a delay when the status “Sending” queues the message for outbound transit and also allows the chat context to be closed). There is currently no way at all to identify these chats without going into each chat individually to look, as the status is not displayed in the chat list either.

Stop moving profiles that ive already talked to in the premium area where i cant talk to them without paying for a subscription.not cool
When I get on ice noticed people get moved from the free area to the subscribed area even if they are not subscribers themselves. It's a marketing tactic that pisses Alot of people off and makes people not want to use the app

Paying for service
All I would like is for the services that you say are in that membership to be accessible and able to be used. I hate the fact that I pay $50 almost a month for. App that doesn’t even work properly

Please change the tap and who viewed me back to what it waz
This section where viewed me and tapped combined is a complete mess. It is so much admin scrolling between the two functions and the having that damn viewed me bubble thing pop up like that at the bottom is extremely annoying.
Taking that into consideration, why is EVERYTHING at the bottom its just not anything pleasant.
I really thing this thing with the messages, taps and views that have changed is a complete disaster.

How about an app that fucking works?
And issue a refund for the last year. Do we need a lawsuit? Should we all just leave since you just don't give a shit about us or your product? Are you retaliating because we hated the stupid porn grunt that nobody asked for? What the actual fuck is the story? Can you explain? I think we ALL would appreciate it. And a refund.
