Hide
A filter/option to hide your profile from anyone you're not interested in. So if you don't want to be contacted by profiles over or under certain ages, without a picture or matching criteria of your choosing, then your profile won't be visible to them and they won't be visible to you. This will save time, effort and the frustration of rejections.

Tap by mistake.
The tap button is too close to the back and message buttons on my phone and i keep tapping people by mistake. Could there be a setting to turn off the tap button?

How about not have advertisements that require not one, not three, but FIVE X button pushes alternating on different sides of the screen.
... Pressing the X button 5 times on a single advertisement just to get back to chat is simply obnoxious and unintuitive and makes me not want to ever use this app ever again. If advertising is the revenue cash cow of modern corporations, allow me to be the exception where I take my time to talk to half naked dudes somewhere that doesn't force me thru a capitalistic hellholl just to get some h*le pics. Unban people
A lot of people are banned unfair.
Grindr support is not fair. They don't took time to investigate what happened. If you send: when I will be unbanned. They always answer the same: sorry to hear, we know banned can be really upset, unfortunality we can't give any info about your ban for privacy reasons. This decision is final the case is closed.My idea will be too unban me!!!!

Stop making other races making dominance in free section
I feel that the Grindr app is sabotaging other races from interacting between people of the same race.
It's really disgusting to see the Malays dominating this application because, if we filter anything, this race must be too much in the free section and it's very difficult to meet the same race.
moreover, most of the Malays in this application are racist.I suggest Grindr Management update the Filter section with another Nation search button.

Access to Grindr only by verified users with face pics
Make Grindr only accessible to those who have face photos and can verify their identification via drivers license or passport this will stop abuse of the app and deter bots and underage users which are prolific on this app

Adds never fail to load but messages constantly fail to send 🤔
Whilst I don't mind the adds to keep Grindr free it would be good if they just close when you hit in the x instead of going off to other adds or play store, sometimes having to close up to 3 times or more or actually closing the app to be able to get back to Grindr, it is extremely frustrating that the ads never fail to load but issues with messages not sending continue update after update. Instead of HIV FILTER lets do a HIV SORTING method. This is the only method that allows NO discrimination because Both HIV negative and positive people will still be on your feed.

Please create HIV status filter
Please create HIV status filters and please create HIV status preference selections part of the main profile. Please create pop up warning when ignorant dudes write “ I’m clean” that educates them on the insensitivity of that word usage.

Make ability to report users who have already blocked you available everywhere
I was almost scammed by someone (to use a supposed verification website but that required your card info even though it was “free”) but before I could report them I was blocked. Apparently there is a “report recent chats” feature that lets you report people who’ve blocked you, but it’s “only available in select locations”. Make it available everywhere so we can keep this app safe!

Allow mock locations with gps simulators
I want ti know people out from the limits that grindr show, people in another zones in the city o or reach guys from another places around the world as before. Make us happy allowing mock locations and probable found a real good and tender lovers
