Implementing some kind of trust fall system.
To help separated flakes and pretenders, what about a system/ program/ code that went to parties meet? They are given an option to make like a pinky promise 😉. They agree on a time to ; continue conversation, reconnect, or meet up. It could be set up as an alarm that requires both parties signatures before being set.
If you agree to the promise and don't hold up your end of the deal, your account can be penalized for x amount of time.(X)Number of promises broken after warning= Suspension, or worse case, account will be deactivated.2 votes -
To be more accurate when hash tagging fetish and kinks.
A fetish is an inanimate object not sexual in nature. That’s sexualized. It’s the object of desire. Foot, smoke, underwear/jocks. A kink is a sexual act. Leather rubber socks are not kinks they are fetishized. Please make a seperate selection accurately categorizing these bc it’s confusing the gay community and we should be educating people on the history origins and terminology instead of suppprting the misuse of these words.

Mettre une fonctionnalité pour qu'on puisse mettre notre langue qui safficherait sur un coin de la photo (comme pour le rond vert de la connexion)

I block someone but he still appears in my recently viewed list. I reported this once before and you fixed it but it has returned. Please correct.

Please fix Italian translations
The tag "datazione" doesn't mean anything. Is it a bad translation for "dating"? Or is it supposed to be "dotazione" (bad translation for "hung")? Also, in the "I'm looking for" section, both "dates" and "hookups" are translated as "incontri", while it should be "uscire insieme" and "sesso". You're welcome!

Grindr needs to advertise on TV so more people get on
Grinder needs to advertise more like on TV and get the word out to get more people on grinder you don't hear no advertisement on TV or nothing about Grinder advertise to the LGTBQ community

Look for a profile by its name.
I Guess a good option for users could be that we can look for some profiles that use a specific Word, that also could be help full when you remember an interesting profile but just for some Word on his tittle and nothing else.

The biggest pain on the app right now is unless one is a paying subscriber, not being able to see profiles.
Here's an idea, how about allowing users who are not paying subscribers see some profiles. Not allowing access to see profiles is wrong on many levels. The foremost being the inability to see some profiles like before. To deny access now is unjust and cruel. It harms the reputation of Grindr and is a huge disappointment. It reflects poorly on Grindr. So how about it, give access to some profiles. It benefits the user, but more importantly Grindr.

Why doesn't the app have a prostitution option...? just an honest question...
Some people who are struggling have no options so we need a make money option that makes sense in how it sounds but also be the right wording even though some people think it's offensive some people find it comforting to have their own label everyone should at least have a chance to be themselves in the app as the whole world can be themselves...

Make a better and modern app
Hello have you thought about improving the experience in the app? Most apps have updated everything to the year 2024 and the truth Grindr looks very old and I'm not just saying it myself, also friends and people who use Grindr, please make a more interactive app that people can upload stories, upload videos something more like tik tok or Instagram really consider updating it.
