2. Use more discretion!

   My account has been suspended twice for "hate speech" that never occurred after I reported scammers who then retaliated by reporting me after I confronted them. Ridiculous!!

7. Meu maior problema é as pessoas acharem que eu sou de menor sendo que eu sou de maior e o app não recorrer a isso e verificar e acabo banido

   Então a ideia deveria ser o seguinte toda pessoa que fosse criar uma conta no grindr para não correr o risco de entrar um de menor ou então entrar uma pessoa com aparência mais nova que só por conta disso as pessoas acham que por conta da aparência a gente é de menor e acaba denunciando a gente o app acaba banido né sem nem dar nem uma justificativa ou verificar se isso é verdade mesmo seria uma boa que toda vez que a pessoa fosse criar pedisse a identidade né porque daí o app saberia que a pessoa não é não era de menor e ficaria legal ali né e também era uma segurança a mais aí isso também né para não entrar nenhum de menor

9. Start the app upgrade as soon as it’s PAID FOR!!!!

   Why isn’t the app immediately updated to xtra when it’s paid?? Why does someone have to go through restore purchase( which never works) to get the app to update!!! Once I pay it should automatically give me the upgrade version just like it does with other sites such as scruff which is way superior to this app

10. No restricted control on profile viewing for "Free user account" .

    Grindr should consider to allow Users with free account can have more combinations of Grindr Controls, and able to have more selections view on nearest profiles,since the latest changes of Explorer features have reduce to 1 profile/per day.
    Not everyone are able to effort paying high cost on Grindr XTRA / Unlimited due to the high living expenses in their own countries.
    Some users don't think necessary to pay Grindr XTRA /Unlimited because not every users be logging in to their profile so often/everyday, hence with just having a free user account is enough for their viewing.

    The old grindr before all the changes are more user friendly, it work more like a social networking and dating app for the LGBTQ+ community.

13. Solve the bugs you have

    Ever since the last 2 updates you did the app is not working as it should. Not refreshing, messages not delivered or very late after sending. When on 4G not possible to refresh only when online with wifi
    Etc etc

    And don’t blame it on the internet provider as done in my tickets. A lot of my friends are facing same issues and we are all users of different providers…

14. Pass a Credit or Refund until Bugs are fixed

    Your app is buggy as fuck. Why am I paying to do your alpha testing - to fucking test stuff that ALWAYS WORKED!! Your developers are inept! Hire people from Scruff - they’ve got it right!

    Pass a retrospective credit until you have fixed:

    • Read receipts: what’s the point of a RR only when they reply - you morons!!
    • Message notifications arrive hours if not days after the message has been received - and read!
    • Messages appear read, when they haven’t been.
    • “Message not sent” appears regularly. App must be hard reset to continue sending the message.
    • Messages take ages to send.
    • App hangs while viewing album pics.
    • Album cannot be accessed from the album icon in the message - have to access from drop down at the top of the screen or hard reset the app.
    • Comment window appears when scrolling a dudes profile, obscuring the profile text.
    • Tap notifications received, and taps only arrive hours or days later - WTF!

    Fuck me!! When I list the bugs like this, rather give me a my money back! Have you hired developers out of kindergarden do to this upgrade!? Cheapskate cunts!

    People were already pretty turned off by taps. More often than not, I saw profiles where people said they ignored them or would specifically block you if you tapped them. Now that you put them behind a paywall, you made them completely pointless. Now No one will have to waste space on their profiles, claiming that they hate taps. Please do the same thing to chats. Leave a gaping hole for another app to swoop in and claim your audience.

17. I wish there was some more room

    I wish there was some more space when you go to someone's profile to add in more details. I know this feature currently exists already (if you favourite someone (you can leave a note on their profile after favouriting) but there is not enough room in the text box provided. An option to manually add a nickname to someone's profile, maybe a last known location too and sexual preferences. If you added these 3 as new text boxes and kept the note bit too, it would give us more customisation. The main reason I mention all this is because I often forget info about someone and at times even get mixed up who I'm talking to... I wind up having to scroll back through past conversations quite frequently to find info about someone that they have sent me in the past. If there was just this little extra layer, it would make it a lot easier to keep track of who I've spoken to in the past and what are the crucial important information that we already chatted about. Just adding location, nickname, sexual likes and note (existing) sections would be a big improvement.

18. Default keyboard language

    For multilingual users:
    Each chat should remember the last language used so that you don’t have to constantly change keyboard language between conversations. WhatsApp and other chat apps do it, so it shouldn’t be too complicated. Would be very convenient in Europe!!

20. The app is not working!

    The last weeks the app is terrible! Many messages are not delivered, 8 out of 10 times there are no notifications for taps, 8 out of 10 times albums don’t open from chat and have to restart the app, and at certain time of the day the app runs very very slow. I know I am not the only one having these problems because many more people I chat with are complaining about the same issues.
    Are you finally going to fix them or will we have to cancel our expensive subscriptions and look for another app that works better and is cheaper?
