Hide users DP from the grid.
Sometimes we want to open in public transportation or at work just to check messages and some DPs are very naughty, like huge bulges and etc. Would be nice to have an option like we have for password, the little eye we click on top to hide all images from the app.

We should be able to filter who can see us
Something as simple as setting the age range of who can see us could help prevent all the awkward situations where young users get inappropriate photos from users triple their age

Fix location
It keeps showing me people that live too far away the location is not accurate. Every time I back up my chat and restore I lose most of the conversation in the pictures.

Try practicing better customer service.
Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. When someone blocks another user, the conversation remains with both people and the shared files.
I've seen 5 cases of pedophilia involving men offering child pornographic content or commenting that they abused a minor and considered it a fetish. but obviously not accepting their invitation, they block it and the conversation disappears, and so do the files. the network should not allow this and leave the conversation still saved for those who are blocked from reporting.
I think it is extremely valid unless the owners of grinder and other users are in favor of pedophilia and leave pedophiles free on the app,4 votes -

More filters & not interested feature
There should be more filters...like ethnicity. I love my black cis men. I''m not into trans men or women, really not into other ethnic groups, I respect everyone but when it comes to dating a person I know what I want. Also, have a feature that certain people can click on your profile.so if I looking for a black cis man, 18-54, then any that is not in that filter requirement shouldn't be clicking on my profile or be told that they are not in my parameters.

Quick nickel & diming your customers
This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.

Please allow us to filter our preferences
I'm an MTF trans woman, and I found Grindr to be the only functional and safe environment to find potential partners.
There are several other apps intended only for trans people and those who admire us, but in none of them we can chat without paying a subscription. we are literally forced to pay to have the right to at least talk in them. This app should be free.
What you would pay for this app. You could go to a bar and get the same thing. The price is not worth it and what you charge is practically a rip-off to people that's actually looking to connect with community and make new friends. This is not supporting the gay community. This is robbing the gay community of their money.

Members who have used violence
After inviting a member over which used a fake pic when arrived then pulled out a can of pepper spray and used it and kicked my face and then asked for my keys after some standing up for myself I told him he could have the car key but not the house keys ok and finally I got him out of the door and then reported to the police also if this happens to you even tho it's hard on your emotional feelings but it's the only way to stop these thugs
