Basically not enough space to write
Imagine if you would have the space to type on your profile for people to see what you want to say… easily done if implemented by the app or Grindr! Mostly people hook up but that doesn’t happen either because there is no communication or lack of information about the person or the relevant info in general… if you could write longer description, would be fabulous! Thx

Fix the app
The app fails to send messages ALL the time. Almost as if it's so busy pushing ads, that it fails to serve its own purpose. Sort dumb mistakes like that out, and maybe people would upgrade more often. But I'm not upgrading on an app that doesn't even work.
It does it on EVERY message I send. I have to close the app, then retry the message. EVERY time.38 votes -

Allow users to select multiple racial selections
Some of us identify as more than one identity. I’m Black, and I identify as Black. But I’m also mixed (with white). So, I’d like to be able to choose “Black” and “mixed” instead of being forced to choose. It’s even worse, I imagine, for folks with two non-white identities. For ex., are folks who’re a mix of Black & Asian supposed to just choose one, or “mixed”? They should be able to select both.

Let's please ban people posing with wild animals!
Lets please ban people posing with wild animals such as elephants, tigres, pangolins and other wild animals. These animals are often being exploited and drugged for the the human market to keep them docile. Grinder is endorcing that by allowing people to post these pictures. Other people see these pictures and want to have the same experience, thus creating a market for that. Wild animals should be free!!!

Unable to change profile photos
Unable to change my profile picture. When trying to save the photos selected to my profile I get an error message saying "Something went wrong."

Messages from far away
You guys really need to buckle down on people being able to message other people over 200 miles away from them.
- It totally negates the fact and the purpose of this app who the hell wants to talk to someone 300 miles away unless they're coming to visit which I doubt.
- It's a huge waste of time and completely Uber frustrating.
- I don't want rude condescending pricks messaging me saying show me pics when they're 400 miles away.

Adding other music sharing options apart from Spotify
As a paying customer who loves Grindr, i would suggest having YouTube Music as another music option. I have Youtube Premium and like the ad free content and music that comes with that service whereas Spotify only serves music which tbh is weird because having ad free content and music on YouTube seems better imo then just music. Thanks

Restore “Report a Recent Chat” feature
You list “Report a Recent Chat” as a security option, but your instructions are outdated or inaccurate because ”Report a Recent Chat” is not listed under Settings, as you claim it is. Someone is currently trying to extort me that I met through your app, and I should have the ability to report him. It was a recent chat. Also, in general: require a verification for everyone (even DL guys, which this app caters to too much in lieu of safety). Ban people who are known cat fishers from creating multiple accounts.
