Use top bar to add custom views
I think it would be beneficial to be able to add custom views (where you would save a combination of filters). You would be able to add your own fixed views, such as fresh and allow users (perhaps even only extra or premium) to be able to add their own so that they can return to them easily.
Current filter combination could still be in filters that could - be called active filters - tab.

Deberian dejar su ir fotos con ropa interior a si se vea tu pecho, solo si pagas te dejan subir ese tipo de fotos deben ser mas flexibles, en ocasiones he visto que suben foto con el rabo y unas rayas de color y eso sí lo dejan subir es que no lo entiendo

Sound when sending message
When sending a message, there's a sound that you can't turn off. If I'm trying to use the app discretely, I don't want my phone to make a sound when I send someone a message. There needs to be a simple way to simply turn off this sent message sound. I can control the sound the app makes when receiving a message, but not the sent message sound. That should change.

Sending unsanted unconsented dickpics or nudes is very normalised on Grindr. What if someone on the receiving end is under-age and they faked their age. Being on Grindr is no excuse for sexual harrassment. I think Grindr is accountable to make people accountable for their behaviour

Chat queue. You are 5th in the queue to this guy.
So this is idea that should help to feel less painful while being ghosted. Remember when you found a nice guy and conversation was great, but suddenly he stops answering? I guess yes. So the idea is to show me where am I in line of other guys to this person. If I am already 5th or 7th in line to this guy, I might stop counting on him. Don't put a limit on how many chats you can do. Per Session.you only get to talk to 3 people.

Fix the “Can’t locate you” error.
Have the latest update on my iOS and on the app, vpn off.. the app still says “can’t locate you”
