Unusable app!!!!!
This app is absolutely horrendous. I can't believe I'm paying $40 a month for the unlimited version because that's the only one I prefer to use. Messages take forever to send sometimes, the red receipts don't work properly it will show that a message has been read and then turn back to delivered. Countless other bugs. I can't name them all. It is absolutely infuriating. This is the worst I have ever seen the app. It just keeps getting worse and worse. For $40 a month you should have an app with absolutely no bugs and proactively work to repair…

To make sure that everyone understands what all 3 HIV statuses are and how HIV is contracted and post what each states laws are on passing HIV. As well the department of health gives out free 30min rapid tests where you can get the test and not show ID or take it in front of anyone. You take it home and do it in private. Old messages come through again as if new
Sometimes message notifications for messages that were previously received (and read) sometimes minutes - sometimes days ago come through again as if they’re new. This seems particularly common if you go back into an old message thread and then move away from it. Annoying glitch.

The "Downfall" of GrindR.
I am not sure which is more unfortunate: that, the C-Suites of GrindR have been flushing this app down further in the shitter over the span of a decade now..

Add a button to return to the profile from a user’s album
If you’re going to have a catalog of every album you’ve received, they should link back to the profile that sent them. It’s not ideal to receive messages only from album photo comments.

Is Grindr Supposed to be a Prostitution / Scam App?
... because literally 95% of users I've interacted with request money up front within 10 messages.
Is this okay with ya folks, or is there just a complete lack of oversight on community profiles? Because meeting people for anything legit is practically impossible on the app right now.

I wish there was a You State Full Chat
When you go to Online seeing everyone, I wish the first Box was a Your State Chat Room. Then of course if you want to Private Chat someone as well. Thank You :)

Adding more tags
I think adding more tags or even like scruff where you can search a specific kink is a good idea. For example choking.

Change of tone within the app
Discretion is something very important for some users of the app, the idea of being able to change the icon of the app is great and it would be better if the tone of the app's notification could also be changed.

Annoying ass banner
This thing has a banner that suggest I turn on notifications every 5 seconds. I don't want them on , if I did , I'd turn them on, STOP FUCKIN ASKING ! Also, your ads are rediculous!! They are far too long and intrusive! They kill my battery ,and do not make me any more inclined to purchase , if anything they form a resentment.

Location names
I'd like to, in addition to seeing how far away someone is, be able to see a city/town. Even as something that people fill in themselves so they can enter a more localized neighborhood name or be more general and just name the nearest city. When traveling and looking at the app periodically, it would be nice to see if someone is along the route. Or if someone responds after a day or so, you can tell where they are.

Remove pop up adds for all levels!
Keep others for free users etc is fine. But pop up ads which appear ever 10 second are so frustrating - especially when you are in the middle of typing a message!! It’s just pure greed and not needed!! It slows down the whole experience and makes people not want to use the app / frustrated and resentful that they need to buy an upgrade just to avoid them and not worth the other features
