Answer your emails!! I have so many questions unanswered it’s not fun and downright embarrassing and unprofessional.
This company as a whole is completely unhinged and unprofessional. You lack common human decency and your refusal to answer emails is laughable. You need better everything for this company. Actually I think this company should just keel over and die already! This company has so many bad reviews it’s no wonder you want to copy/imitate your competitors. You don’t even have a single original idea to spare. I will also like to add that the use of AI to handle your affairs is downright LAZY. When someone asks for a supervisor get them a supervisor

Age restriction for chat
There should be an option to set a limit how old someone can be to be able to send you a message. As a younger guy that isn't into older guys it's very annoying to get messages all the time from guy who are 40+.

Grid repositions back at top after viewing profile
When scrolling through the grid and viewing a profile, after you go back it should position you where you were, but since the last update it goes back to the top of the grid

Pic validation
To reduce the amount of spam accounts/catfishing and stealing of others identity it would help if there was validation of profile pics to ensure they are who they say they are. This could also be done for pics in albums or uploaded pics for guys who do not want a pic on their profile. There is too much catfishing these days. It's becoming a off-putting to the extent that it seems pointless at times as your aren't even aware of who is real or not.

Ban Appeals
There needs to be a better way about appealing bans. You should tell the user why they have been banned.
I’ve just received a ban and I’ve been on gridnr for over 10 years on/off and I’ve never done anything. I’ve contacted Grindr regarding the only very small possibility (created another account) and I’ve received no response. That was two days ago. There needs to be a better way of contacting Grindr directly?

Grindr is useless (expensive) junk after update, after update, after update.
The entire apps sucks and is obsolete at this point. You used to be able to browse the unattractive profiles 50 miles away from you. Now. You have to pay over 10 dollars just to be able to message people I DONT WANT TO TALK TO. F grindr and f every one of the mentally disabled employees that chose to work there and never make progress for a better app. Pure shite. Every button, every click, is an ad trap. Every profile is locked. Completely useless after a decade. Absolutely embarrassed for grindr.

Change ftm and mtf to trans man and trans woman
Please change from using this highly outdated language to something which is trans-inclusive and will make us trans folk will more welcome and understood on this app/in this community

The ability to only select men from my own country of residence!
I live near the border of a country and all I see in my search results are men from the neighbouring country. It would be great to be able to select men only from the country I'm currently residing in.

Allow users to give an anonymous compliment to guys they've met. Only compliments. And only one every for months for a single individual.
Allow others to check a pre-written complient to another user they've met. "Great head," Excellent top," nothing more that a two or three word compliment they can check. And only one compliment from one user to another in four months. The user receiving the compliment to decide if they want their received compliments shown. "Nice guy" is a starting point.

I dont want to bee seen by people twice my age
I frequently get messaged by people in their 50s 60s and 70s I do not want to interact with them at all I'm getting tired of blocking all of them id much rather not interact with them at all

Change notification sound on iOS (it’s easy on Android)
It is difficult or impossible to change the notification sound on iOS. This is not the case on android. It’s quite easy to make it sound like anything you want however, on iOS you seem to be stuck with the default sound which is a dead giveaway if you’re in a restaurant or someplace.

Location
Allow not displaying (exact) distance for everyone, but do NOT allow mock locations! While this option would benefit some. it would make using the app more DANGEROUS by allowing cheaters, fake accounts, gaybashers...
If a real distance or location cannot be used, give the option from a locationlist through Grindr which CLEARLY marks that it is a 'FAKE' location!

In my opinion
In my opinion Grindr needs a pro section. Like other apps this would be an extra feature. Those who don’t pay but still try to be “pro” are to be banned instead of those that pay for the xtra/unlimited therefor losing money. It would really be a win/win for both parties.

Wenn man auf zwei handy gleichzeitig eingelogt sein könnte und die chatverläufe auf beiden handy synchronised währen was derzeit nicht geht. Da zwei Handys habe und bei einem nen chat ankommt und ich da schreiben kann aber auf dem zweiten handy nix von dem chat zu sehen ist.
