Create synergy between app and web
On the app it’s called hookup, on web it’s called right now. Groups you can do on web but not on app. Why?

Remove all blank profiles
I have a lot a chats from obviously scheming profiles and obvious catfish profiles more than actual people who are real but it is just disgraceful for them thinking is safe or healthy to prey on people who are just struggling to date and even if they want to keep their own identity safe that's fine but they shouldn't have bothered with this app to begin with.

Commercial ineruptions
You should count down timer on on commercial when it’s coming not ply when it’s going and you should have a unlimited video chat section in service like same as FB has wtth messenger

So many bugs. App barely runs
Ever since I updated my iPhone, the app can barely function. Notifications won’t go away once checked and continue to be “new” even dozens of messages later. Messages won’t load or update. Pictures won’t load or send. Forces an ad every 4 clicks and then app crashes after 20 clicks. Nothing will update, not even the people near me. Was considering upgrading, but I definitely won’t now that the app cannot even run correctly.

So many issues with receiving notifications multiple times, but not receiving the message. Also constantly seeing this “something went wrong”message.

Deleting Profile Photos
When adding a new profile pic, I delete the original one, then upload the new one I want. My photo deletes, the new one shows up with the clock, I hit save and wait. When I click on my profile again, my original pic is back and my new one is in the second slot. I'm running the beta version of the app and all I find are glitches.

Many of us would gladly upload an official proof of our disabled status to prove our eligibility.
Most of us live on/below poverty line because our disability often prevents us from getting/keeping a job.
It's bad enough to have to deal with prejudice and ableism within LGBTQI+ community when it comes to dating.

I payed for a new supscription 10 days ago and its not working. And you dont reply on your “help e-mail”.:(
It would just be nice to get help when you pay for 3 months and it doesn’t work. I reached out several times but no reply and the app don’t work.

Filters
I see different options. Bears is for guys who are looking for bears. Twinks are for guys who are looking for twinks. How about the bears who love guys slimmer/ muscular then them how do we search for those by adding “chasers”. Usually that option shows us who loves us bears and it would be so much easier for us to find someone who’s interested in us . Thank you

I want to boost but only boost to Tops.
Market a boost extra feature and choose to boost only to Tops or Btms.? A super boost and you can charge another &5.00 I think on top of the 9.99.

the app doesn't show up any picture ,
the whole app completely " Null Pictures " only ads animations working , other people profile showing (?) on their pic profile , i did tried upload picture seen like doesn't work at all too .

Online status
Why don't you introduce different online statuses e.g., "I'm horny, not looking to fuck now, but maybe later?". That way we don't have to lie, block or ignore people

See people more closer to your general area
This is a feature I think would be more suited for XTRA/Unlimited. My idea of a feature request is to have a filter that allows you to see guys which are more realistically closer to you like 5-10 miles away I know there may not be many profiles/users to view but I still think it could be a feature to think about possibly bringing to XTRA/Unlimited.

Live location
A live location feature for when a hookup is on their way they can send you a live location for you to follow so you know when they’re nearby so you can be in position ready to go!
