Scams
There are people that ask for gas money via cash app or venmo etc stating they need it in order to get to you. As soon as it's sent they block.or ghost. I think these people should be reported and lose app for a week, and if they do it again, be banned.

For the user to have the ability to change the app name as a feature included with changing the app icon to be more discrete

Farsi, How can u allow it if it can’t be translated?
How about a way to translate? Now I’m seeing posts written in Farsi. If it can’t be translated it should not be allowed, imho. Call me insecure, whatever, just do it

Fix 'About Me' section bug
When editing the 'About Me' section in the profile, i'm not able to enter new rows in the text, aka pressing enter. Whenever i do so, the cursor jumps to editing my instagram link. The only way for me to edit the text in such manner is to write it on my notes app and copying it the grindr. Please fix it, thanks :)

There needs to be a section for actual dating
I really think there needs to be another section (FREE section btw) for actual dating. I do think there are enough people that want it for that purpose but it’s frustrating when so many do not read profiles and send unsolicited pictures and graphic messages. Like, yeah those are fun SOMETIMES, but I’d like to be able to find a man that is interested in dating and is generally near by. The other apps for queer dating have the users spread so far out that outside of a big city, you’re gunna be looking at guys 50+ miles away. Let’s…

Grindr needs to be able to go to "landscape" on autorotate
Grindr should be able to auto-rotate to landscape when you rotate your device.

Swipe to go back
Seems in the latest update (iOS 8.14.0) you’ve removed the ability to swipe right to go back, it just goes to the next profile. I don’t swipe thru all profiles. I tap on one I like, read the profile and message them or not and then I swipe right to go back to the profile thumbnails, that’s what should happen. Now you have to tap on the X at the top left of a profile to close it and go back to everyone’s profile. That is not intuitive and makes it harder to use. Also, changing the ‘Fresh’ tab to…

Too many ads. Too expensive. Too glitchy.
Definitely not worth the price, especially since it has become overrun with women, trans, and the "straight" men who want them, with no way to filter them out. Also, too many scammers that, for some reason, Grindr can't find a way to prevent. And thank you, Grindr for banning ME for standing up to them! Too many ads and WAY too expensive to subscribe! I live near an airport, and the frequency that I only get transient is annoying. I would like to be able to filter out people who are known to be at an airport.

No ethnicity filter
I will not be renewing my membership once it expires. I’ve only had one 3 month membership, and that is long enough to see that it was a waste of money. While I live in an area that is predominantly POC, I’m not. I have many friends of color, but I’m simply not attracted to them in a sexual way. Some POC even agree with me that that they have their own preferences. I would like to be able to filter out the profiles that I’m not going to look at anyway. There is nothing racist about this. Verified profile option
Allow users optionally to verify their profile and show that on their profile. As tinder and other apps do. That will reduce catfishing and will create safer place for people to engage.

Spoken Language
Hello! I think you should make it so that you can choose which languages you speak. I don't know how many times the conversation has started with us actually speaking the same language, but one thinks the other is foreign and writes in English. Or that I think someone else is Norwegian, but then they don't understand Norwegian. My experience is that many conversations become awkward when this happens. It would be great if everyone could enter in the bio which language they speak.
