If this app is supposed to be free with advertisement then stop removing features from the free side
If we have to watch advertisement, every feature should be free. This is ridiculous. Way too expensive

STD tracking and notify your sexual partners
Got a little idea buzzing in my (freshly tested) head. How about a feature to quietly notify past hookups if we test positive for an STD? Like a "Hey buddy, time to get checked!" kind of thing—helpful, not panic-inducing.
Maybe we could mark profiles after meeting them (for "fun tracking" and public health, of course). Then, if we test positive, Grindr could send a discreet nudge: "Someone you've met in the last X months tested positive for XXX. Might be a good time to get checked!"
It’d be a great way to keep things safe and make Grindr even more…

Kindly ask you to cancel the section “for you”. It has ZERO relevance for me and annoying.

Rid of force interupting ads!
I understand that this is a free version of the app so of course we will have ads but isn't that what the banner ads are for is to pay for them for it to be free that used to be like that before to me it seems like please go back to the banner ads being the only ads that are forced upon us without interrupting us as we use that I've used up way less often and ventured into other ones even though I didn't want to preferably because of this😮💨🙏

Adding the option for event-based PREP allows both parties to be aware they need to communicate sex intentions, as taking PREP before is important.

Separate locals users
A few people show a location as being close to my location now there are aa couple. I used to be able to separate with in a millage range but I can’t find that setting

Constantly daily crashing
Proper maintenance needs done to fix daily glitches on grindr If short of staff employ temps and train them to reply to emails when account profile members are unable to access grindr like myself

The block option needs to be bright back. That hide button is bull crap. Profile still pops up and people can still message that I don't want to talk to

the drop down bar notification needs fixing trying to type to someone and it sends messages to someone else
fix a few bugs please, constantly having to close the app and reopened to see profiles and messages, and also the drop down bar form notifications, i repy to someone and it messages someone else
