Parameter to mask/block automatically fake girls and trans
I have 0 interest in trans, girls, fake girls, etc. Please add a parameter so I can block those and revert to a true male-male hookup apps or please create a spin off for other interests than male-male. It’s becoming nightmarish in here; regular gays are being discriminated and most trans look like very cheap and gross prostitutes. By the way, am I soon to get Tampax adds here? I’m getting so many ads for woman stuff (most of the time now)!!!

Conceal activity from specific users
This is both a dating and hookup app. Sometimes I meet someone IRL and want keep seeing them, but it does not mean I immediately want to enter a monogomous relationship with them. I would like the option to hide my activity, online statis etc. from people I know without completely blocking them. Its awkward when you activate Right Now mode, and you get a message from someone youve been on two dates with, "oh wow, you could have just texted me". Remove restriction on number of profiles that we can messagr to using the explore feature on Xtra subscription
Xtra subscription now only allows 5 taps/chats while exploring which I'd ridiculous. I paid that extra amount specifically for the explore feature and now it's basically moved into the unlimited subscription

Gender feature
I don’t understand why we can’t have a gender filter app. Every other dating app out there has it except this one. It makes no sense. I don’t understand why we can’t have a gender filter? This app is attracting different genders who specifically want people that aren’t men. There are women, men, trans women, trans men, and we all want different people!! The stupid tribe feature does nothing because not everyone uses it or and if they did it’ll still show them.

Adds removes completely free version unless wanting to unlock features only. Non disruptive adds.
So each time I get a message or notification and as I go to open the message to see the pics sent or reply, opening the app triggers advertising that renders the app useless until I go and close out the app and restart.
When these ads pop up I find it's always at the halfway mark of my typing a reply that now there's an advertisement taking the whole screen and I can't find it's 'x'. I don't know about anyone else, but I have a pixel 8 pro and I can never get the tiny stupid x crammed…

Stop bogus users directing us to other URLs I g get as many scammer text on here as I do genuine texts.
When something is so obvious that they are a scammer or directing us to other sites. Grindr needs to be far more efficient at removing these accounts.
It takes way too long for moderation to kick in. With agentic AI and generative AI you should be able to do this pretty quick.

Is there a way to show us where we are signed in and our activity controls?
Well I believe someone has control of my account and I get a lot of messages from guys who I swear are straight but when it comes time to message back they are just gone. How do I know im not being toyed with or are they blocking me or is someone have control of my account and is blocking them? Is there a way to add our activity controls and where we are signed in?

Can you please attach a badge to a member’s profile indicating whether they are paid or free member or simply make it a pay only site? I believe this would reduce the number of fake account accounts and bots.

There's nothing to add here. The free section here contains profiles you're not interested in, the interesting ones are always in the paid section. Ads that freeze and don't close after 2-3 clicks anywhere. A ton of spam with external links leading to who knows where, and regular dick photos in private messages from profiles you're not interested in. lack of access without a subscription
If you don’t have a subscription it has gone down to only having access to 10 profiles. After that you have to pay. This is beyond ridiculous I don’t know what you’re trying to accomplish but you are pushing people away. We will find another app that is not as bad as you have become
