Age preference
I’m 55 and prefer younger guys. There should be a way to omit guys that don’t want a guy above a certain age. I’m tired of seeing,”not into old “, or something to that effect. It’s a time waster and very annoying.

I know in America the race thing is sensitive. Here in Europe, there is absolutely no issue with saying you are more intro this or that skin color, because it's just a natural attraction. I am white and I like darker skins because I love difference and exotic people. I would like to be able to select people based on the fact that they are non-white. Stop making other races making dominance in free section
I feel that the Grindr app is sabotaging other races from interacting between people of the same race.
It's really disgusting to see the Malays dominating this application because, if we filter anything, this race must be too much in the free section and it's very difficult to meet the same race.
moreover, most of the Malays in this application are racist.I suggest Grindr Management update the Filter section with another Nation search button.

Can we have a sexual orientation displayed on profiles not just gender?
The amount of straight curious men just got so out of hand on Grindr. Some of this men are just fetishising Transwoman on the app and some trans enables it making it look more look like just a pure sex app. If we have this sexual orientation filter (rather than just gender) we can have the option to see people base on their orientation and find more options for us

Why is it that thicker people's butt pictures get banned but skinny people can have five pictures

Specify next to “my tags” and “my tribes”
My Tags and My Tribes just need to explain to these guys that
your whole profile is about YOU. These sections are for the user to describe themselves, not what they desire! There’s a bunch of tops in searches for bottoms. There’s a bunch of alpha straight guys in searches for trans woman. That’s because they are putting what they want in these sections instead of who they are… These sections are meant to be there so people can find their desires in YOU, finding the people who fit their search. My biggest pain is that we're being teired as if the money that you pay (or don't pay) links you to a certain quality of person.
People will spend money they don't have for privileges and in order to participate in popular activities that make them feel like they belong.
People who have money pay what's posted because they will.
So why financially section off the apps abilities to paying customers? A full access fee for all based on time (24hr,weekly, monthly) makes more sense.
Charging this for this and that for that wreaks of segregation. Is that who we want to be?1 vote -

Needs ethnicity filter as originally designed
As of December 1 I stopped paying for Grindr. I noticed all these ads popping up and the app is decidedly worse without paying for it. However, I wont give them another cent and ignoring things that we want and things that help us as the app was originally designed to do. Believe it or not it was better when it first came out. I don’t see any improvements worth paying for especially removing the ethnicity filter, which is my single most important reason for deleting my subscription.

Change "Tribes" to "My Tribe" and/or add a LF tribe category on one's profile
Simple solution for those people, who uses the "Tribes" to say what they are looking for, rather than what they are...

Ethnicity filter
I am an Middle Eastern person. I have no ill will towards any other races or peoples. I, myself personally, would prefer someone who I can relate in terms of ethnicity wise and traditions and culture. It's very taxing when you have to go through every single account and who are not in your preference scale and when you reach one's you want they're either on the profile exceeding limit or you have to wait for either party to message depending on bio, profile name, etc. I think it would be easier if it was installed again so that those…

Add a Profiles Sharing option
Allow someone to share a profile with another user. This would be helpful for couples that are using 2 different accounts. One could share the profile of a potential mate. It would safe time for the users to have to locate a specific profile. This feature could also be used to share profiles with other single users to inform them of potential scams, threats to persons or property, or even if they had a “good time” with them.

If allowing people to post type looking for, either bring in a filter to exclude those you aren’t interested in or prevent discriminatory search statements in profiles can’t have it both ways
