Showing people too far away
How about letting us users choose in which distance we want to see people?
Right now it’s so random, like one profile is pretty near (at least in the same city) but most people are like in another country. What’s even the point showing people that are like 700 km away?
I live in a capital city in northern Europe but I see people from Poland, Finland, Norway, Germany or sometimes even the UK. Makes no sense at all and it sucks.32 votes -

Multiple Position
Multiple, Non-penetrative, "versatile side".
I'd like to be able to choose multiple options snd not just one. My preference in the moment for non-penetrative sex is not my permanent identity.
On scruff, I'm able to choose "versatile" and "non-penetrative" (aka "side" lol) or "oral" at the same time and not be limited to just one option.3 votes -
Allow me to segment the description
I can't hit enter on the description anymore, which leads to a big block of text. Hitting the "enter" key just sends me to the next open information add, like the socials. The big block of text is bothersome to read. I'm on android.

Accepts NSFW filter broken
"Accepts NSFW photos" doesn't appear on profiles anymore even though the filter still exists. What's the point? Fix your broken app properly!

Upload multiple pictures at once instead of having to do one picture at a time
Upload all your pictures at once by being able to select multiple at a time. Instead of the long way of uploading one pic at a time. It’s especially long when you have to continuously go into hidden album to upload just one pic at a time.

Fetlife accounts and Grindr
Why isn't there an option to share links to existing fetlife.com accounts like there are for other social media sites? Seems like an obvious choice for this app, and would allow people to view ALL of a person's kinks without any 10 Tag strictures. This would make it easier for users to match up with each other based on common interests.

Entré un día a mi cuenta y estaba bloqueada ( literalmente no he hecho nada malo ), tengo 19 años y no he insultado a nadie por esta aplicación.
Estoy intentando conseguir que me quiten el ban y me piden que diga el mes y el año en el que he creado mi cuenta, lo cual es imposible porque nadie se acuerda de eso.
Simplemente pido que se pueda verificar que esa es mi cuenta de otra manera más fácil, que no afectaría en ningún caso a los bans en si, sino a la facilidad con la cual puedes verificar…10 votes -

STI notifications
You should be able to mark profiles that you've met with (even if either party has blocked), and then if you test positive for an STI Grindr can push out a notification to get tested to all of those user profiles - possibly via SMS/email in case the user is inactive

Accept/Decline Photo Messages
Have a "Don't allow photos to be sent" feature that prevents others from messaging photos without permission. That is, no one can send you any photo without the receiver first wanting to see photos from the sender. This would dramatically cut back on unsolicited nudes and I think would benefit the community greater. I personally really hate seeing nudes if I don't want to.

If you pay for a premium account you should have the ability to turn off read receipts on messages
So basically like for iPhone should be able to turn your read receipts on/off so that when a user messages you if it read the message it will still show as delivered on the senders end. Or something like skype, where if I turn ny read receipts off then I can’t see if other people view my message to them until I turn them back on.
