  2. Messages unreadable due to ads

    My message timeline is filled with advertisements. No matter how many times I delete them, they just come right back. I currently have six different ads jumbling up my messages. Furthermore, the popup ads have gotten so aggressive that the app is almost unusable. If this continues, I will have to delete the app.

    Explore feature is not showing users near the chosen location, instead showing users first that are miles away. In some instances an error pops up when attempting to search saying to try again.

    Please disallow VPN access for the countless scammers who are trying to take advantage of people online. Most of them show within a 4-mile radius. The tech team must figure this glitch out.

    most profiles in right now are suddenly locked only for xtra/unlimited users… how does grindr determine which profiles are locked? are they fakes designed to goad us cheapies into paying?

    it’s frustrating to be introduced to a new feature only to have it blocked with no warning, all while features we have used for years (block, favourites tab, filters) are being paywalled in the background.

    I'm finding it difficult to use Grindr effectively, as there seem to be many profiles that don't align with what I'm looking for. As a paying member, I feel there should be a way to filter out profiles that don’t match my preferences. The situation has become frustrating enough that I'm considering canceling my subscription, and I believe others might do the same if this filtering issue isn’t addressed.
