13. Added upgrades have deteriorated basic app functions

    Every time there is an upgrade, I assume it is fixing the core issues: The app performance is very very slow. Messages don't load, profiles don't refresh. This is the core function of the app. Instead, every upgrade seems to be a way to upsell me to pay for more functions, or move functions that used to be included to a new payment tier.

19. Favourites and refreshing/notifications

    Hi team...
    My current pain points are how the refreshing and notifications are not optimised. I know this is not an internet issue on my end, but I am finding that when I try to login the app takes longer, and that I have to refresh the chat window separately to the profile viewing feed. Further, the application's notifications are often delayed and not always in real time. Lots of other media apps immediately notify when a message is recieved but I am noticing a delay in this for Grindr or otherwise it will not apepar until after i open the app.

    Also I think your change of how the favourites tab works is a bit of a pain, and it is ahrd to keep up with friends on the app when my relience on this feature has been removed - scrolling through past chats and spam is wholly inefficient.
