Include a view option to exclude people without a photo.
Grinder should have a view option that allows us to hide people without photos. When I go online sometimes 50% of the profiles I can access don’t have photos which is a red flag for me. Without a photo I’m not interested. We have no idea who these people are and I’m sure if they don’t have a photo they aren’t paying for the app.

Blocked Chat Retention
Recently was assaulted by someone met of Grindr. After the incident I was blocked by the assailant and I no longer had the chats as evidence. If someone blocks you it shouldn't delete the chat stream. Delete media and pics maybe, but leave the chats.

Limited Profile Views with Age Filter
Reducing available profiles when using the Age filter discourages users from seeking age-appropriate interactions and, this, creates a danger to other users. Grindr needs to lift the profile view limitation that significantly reduces available profiles in the way other filters reduce viewables. Doing so would provide safe interactions for increased number of users and, likely, prevent compromising interactions without this change.

Some user images cannot be recognized, and they still need to be recognized more frequently by the last recent image. I have a headache when I use the movie movie finder, and I can't remember it clearly

I wanted to share a quick piece of feedback regarding the app’s visual interface. The current dark theme with the black background is very difficult for me to use because I have poor night vision. The low contrast makes it challenging to read profiles and navigate the app comfortably.
It would be incredibly helpful if Grindr offered a light theme option, or ideally a soft cream/off-white theme. A warmer, lighter background would be much easier on the eyes than pure black or stark white and would greatly improve accessibility for users with vision challenges.
Many apps now offer multiple themes…

Bring back the favourites tab
Bring back the favourites tab I want too see my favs as I used to. Now they are a filter and hard to track. Fix this back to how it was it’s made the app not as good to use anymore.
