Features are being restricted too much
The explore option use to reset every day and now it no longer does, I filter for a reason but when I do it decreases my options and sometimes doesn’t even give me any which is dumb by design, and my app continues to glitch out like crazy. Grindr used to be an app that allowed guys in small and big cities to filter their options but now when you try you’re filtering too much and Grindr is forcing you into a membership if you want to maybe find someone to hang with in a different city entirely. Verification
You guys need to include a verification for new and already exisiting profile with someone's ID, there is to many underage people and people using fake profiles for either baiting or scams

Stop blocking up profiles by having them ALL under Xtra/unlimited
Stop blocking up all profiles, I mean All profiles! To open up a pay subscription. You run Ads on top of that!

Ban Appeals
There needs to be a better way about appealing bans. You should tell the user why they have been banned.
I’ve just received a ban and I’ve been on gridnr for over 10 years on/off and I’ve never done anything. I’ve contacted Grindr regarding the only very small possibility (created another account) and I’ve received no response. That was two days ago. There needs to be a better way of contacting Grindr directly?

Only show listings within 150 mile radius
Show me only listings in my 100 mile radius only I don’t need any past that range

Grindr Service Status
Grindr could keep a service status page regarding health service. Like big companies keep transparency about your running capabilities.
For some reason, some days messes aren't delivered, and updates didn't load indicating a downtime.
Example:

Theres some good free options like freshstatus and other that can me integrated with api and observability suites.

Age requirements
I would love to believe that the attention I am getting from supposedly 20 yr olds is cuz, well, hottie me. But I am inclined to believe it's a sting operation from law enforcement. Is there a way to block all people below a certain age... like 30?
I do not wish to break the law. I am concerned because it sounds like sting operations are common on Grindr right now with people lying about their age. Sure, they'll lose their account. But I could lose my life just for being accused here. We don't live in a fair place.

Mobile web
The mobile web version is what I would like to use by default over the app and over desktop. as a paid feature, the inability to view albums is the core functionality needed, and without it, there is really no end user benefit

Stop telling me to turn on notifactions
That pop up when I open the app is annoying. I purposely turned off notifactions for a reason. Stop telling me to turn them on for your benefit of getting more user traffic. Once is enough, if we are able to turn them off we are also able to turn them on. No need to remind us everytime we open the app like 3 times in a row. Also canceling ads once is enough. I shouldn't have to cancel an ad like 3-4 times before I can actually get back to the app. You guys have made enough money. Chill
