4. Bring back unlimited favorites

   I feel like features are being taken away from us and put behind (ridiculously high) paywalls. So apparently there's now a limit to how many favorite profiles you can bookmark and see? Really fed up with all the limitations. It does not make me consider upgrading, it makes me consider ditching the app for good.

5. Other people's profiles don't appear on my main "radar" and I can't see people near me.

9. Why does it take 9 clicks to block a bot?

   We all know Grindr isn’t doing anything about the hundreds of bots a day we all report — but why in the world does it take >>9<< clicks to report one? Find a similar faster way to report suspected spam profiles, given that they’re a huge issue.

13. Profile preview tab update is useless

    Profile preview tab update is useless now, it provides no information and doesn’t even enlarge the profile picture in the preview. Previously the preview gave general info like stats and last online, now it shows nothing but the same size profile pic thumbnail. Having the ability to preview generally allows you something to actually preview. Your app “updates” are dreadful.

14. Include fields for preference details & consider consent forms

    I know there's a filter, that's not what I'm asking for. What I am suggesting is a behavioral barrier that acts as an identifier of a person's type.

    In the same way I am able to list my status, height, and tribes, I should also be able to list if I'm ok with people under 30 reaching out (I am not ok with it lol). I feel like there's potential to leverage the subject fields to at least cover dos and donts without taking up the character limit in the about me section.

    My suggestions are interests/age range/play style/distance

    Distance preference IE: We should have the ability to stop some random dude in California with palm trees in his profile from reaching out to us if we live in the east coast. Paying members should not have free for all access to free members without guardrails. Users should have the ability to opt-out from receiving long distance/unknown/unverified communications from would-be bad actors.

    I would also suggest an encrypted consent form that grindr can use to verify its user base. For example I am very transparent about my status as I want people to make informed decisions, but I also am generally not interested in anyone who isn't interested in me. So I prefer to connect with individuals who share my diagnosis as well. Its not simply a tribe or "into". Status and play practice should be included. That is the best way to deal with stigma. I am only recently having to navigate this myself, and I've decided I want to connect with individuals who would understand me better, and I want to be able to do it without playing mommy to someone and hand holding them through status disclosures and practices etc. These dudes can barely function past "hey"..."pic?"

    Behavioral style field identifiers and letting members opt-out from receiving communications from members who don't complete them accordingly should be the bare minimum.

    But I recognize that there are hippa concerns about forcing people to disclose that, so a consent form or even status preference field will at least help as a behavioral deterrent for trolls and impersonators.

15. Ai spam accounts

    Paid $160 for 6 months of Unlimited just so I could see more than 15 local guys, now half or more of the new accounts I can see are all fake Ai WOMEN & a few men & each on has like 4 accounts, same name different picture of the same person. Within 20 miles there like 3 account for 1 fake person! I did not pay $160 to show me mostly only fake people that are 75% WOMEN

    Ao decorrer dos muitos anos que já utilizo esse app, sempre encontrei alguma dificuldade de encontrar pessoas compatíveis. Não há como sabemos de imediato qual é a preferência de cada pessoa, por não ter como saber a real orientação sexual, ou identidade de gênero. Sugiro que incorporem à estrutura do app, campos obrigatórios para serem preenchidos com a orientação sexual e identidade de gênero, que fique visível no perfil para facilitar a identificação. Dessa forma poderíamos evitar ter contatos com pessoas que não têm interesse recíproco.
