More digital well-being features
There should be more digital well-being features implemented, that we can optionally turn off, like a timer that reminds us when we've been on the app after a certain amount of time (and maybe even an optional one that blocks us from continuing after the timer) for those of us that want to work on being more mindful of both our screen time and time in specific apps, such as this one

Review Grindr Banning Algorithm?
Over a month ago I was trying to create an account and accidentally selected the wrong year which led to Grindr banning me in terms of underage account creation I assume. And now, it seems that I cannot even make another account because it is like they banned my device absolutely.
I submitted the ban appeal over a month ago and apparently moderators take "1-2" business days to review it. I even mentioned my willingness to verify my actual age. But banning my whole device just because I selected the wrong year accidentally (the iPhone user interfce is not the…

Sort Favorites Into Specified Groups
A feature that lets you sort favorites in categories or folders that you label would be extremely helpful. Scruff has that feature for favorites that works really well.

Segreated Mailboxes, Favorite Categories, and Searching
Pinning users in your mailbox is nice but at a point it becomes difficult to scroll down to find new messages from un-pinned users.
Keep the pinning feature but also add custom mailboxes. Let the default mailbox as is, but inaddition to pinning allow the user to move the chat to a different mailbox. For instannce, I might make a mailbox: Have Met, New York, Into my Kink... It would just be easier to organize contacts and find them later. Favorite categories rather just just "favorite" would help as well.

Give women their own app
I'm sick of being shit upon by women who now come into this space and feel safe and act the fool towards us. I've been temporarily blocked so many times I've lost count and why? Because I would say, no women on my profile which given that this is grindr, shouldn't have needed to be said. But, they message me and when I say no, I get in trouble. When I ghost them, I get in trouble. When I put in my profile no, i get in trouble. This app is not safe for me or people like me anymore.

Customise user's favourite filters
On the home page, instead of having set filters in the nav bar, allow users to add and remove the filters they want to be on the home page thus allowing for quicker access to the filters

Latest update now shows the "boost" and "right now" buttons on top of my grid. These are paid features, which equate to more advertising. The buttons are placed where I typically use my thumb to scroll, and are now in the way. Please remove them or put them somewhere else.

Chages for help users to find others with similar thinks
Good evening. I've been using Grindr since it launched, and I still believe it would be very necessary to create a section, an option, or whatever, for those of us who, outside of sex, can meet guys with intentions beyond sex, sex, and sex. There are many of us who long for someone with the goal of getting to know each other and sharing nice things, if both of you are in agreement.
Let it be like a Tinder feature, where you decide, based on each person's taste: a space for those who just want sex, another for those looking…1 vote -

Make Grindr UNAVAILABLE in ahead of Republican Convention hotpspots and DC around Capitol Hill around the time of RNC and CPAC
Because it would be super awesome of Republican lawmakers and politicians couldn't have access to Grindr during their big get together.

Last update (01.03.25) horrible!!
Again you have updated the app so the favorites are added into the general grid. This is horrible, you have literally destroyed the app making it unusable anymore. Please return it to the original app user interface
