1. Albums should not have a share limit imposed

   I thought my album is simply an easy to send collection of photos you already had permanently sitting there for you to pick from to send anyway. So just like attaching five photos to a message I had assumed you can add this album as many times as you like. Low and behold today the app told me I have to delete some sent albums before I can send more! It simply doesn’t make sense or make things easier. Say for years now I sent 10 photos manually in two batches of five to new contacts. They are on your server multiple times with no limit. Yet now sending the exact same ten photos in a supposedly easy to use album, there’s a limit on how many times I can send said album? Can someone explain this logic to me please? As noted by others you should be able to create multiple albums and be able to send them as many times as you like.

4. Let users set who can contact them based on their type.

   Allow users to set an age range or body type of people that can contact them. I’m tired of getting unsolicited dick picks of 50 year old large hairy bears when I’m only interested in young twink types around my age.

5. Bug

   When clicking on profiles from key word search it pulls them up twice. Also when going to send photos without me hitting expiring photos it tells me I have 1 left (which I don’t use them anyway). Finally, I’m blocking people and then they still appear on my grid.

7. Malware has taken over the app

   I keep getting a pop up stating my storage is full and CLEAN IPHONE app is pushed down my throat I have plenty of storage so it gets more and more aggressive as I just let it grow and so now 5 seconds into texting all of a sudden it’s as if I dropped my phone and or there is a brain tumor in it somewhere lol and it locks up so I suggest KILL ALL THE THIRD PARTY PIRATES that do nothing but make life miserable

   Why should we have to pay for this app in the first place? How are we supposed to try connect/talk to someone when you have to be within their range to talk to them without paying for this app?! And what idiot limited the profile views when apps like MeetMe/SKOUT allows you to view whoever viewed you without payments to see more people?? We should be able to talk to people for free wherever they are in the world instead of having to pay to do so because if other apps allow you to then so should Grindr, stop being money hungry!

    The “Boost Me” feature is ok and has shown interesting results but ultimately, why would anyone wanna “Boost” their profile is - TO GET LAID. And the question is - is there enough time for me to cast a net wide enough for me to get laid in the very near future, if not yesterday.

    Unless you’re hoping we’ll empty our pockets to make room for our blue balls - the price is too high for the measly duration. That’s daylight robbery, to put it succinctly. And anyone on your app will tell you, if they managed to find someone to rock their world within an hour, then Buddha, Laddie Luck, God, and Rumpelstiltskin have at the same time, finally decided to literally throw a bone to one of the literally poor souls.

    My proposal - introduce tiered pricing x varied duration so users have options like
    $13.99 for 24 hours
    $6.99 for 12 hours
    $3.99 for 6 hours
    $1.99 for 1 hour

    I bet you’ll get many customers in the economy tier who’ll be more keen to upgrade when they’ve experienced the joy of getting boosted and it’s resulting pleasures.

    Think about it

17. Improvement/ Getting out of the "only for fuck" ?

    Hello,
    I curently see 187 people who click on my grindr each day who see my profile, but very few send a message. Some says, "you are sexy,....." but don't go further into conversation, most people don't have any conversation at all. I always have the feeling i have to go to people, otherwise they just don't speak at all. A lot of people do somth else in the mean-time, not even to mention them to be slow-respondant.....

    Am I weird ? or is this a common topic. That's really disturbing.
    I tend to think people see Grindr as a depressing place, just for fuck, so "get the fuck"-minded behaviour. ( i live in south west countryside France, might have a geographical influence, but cities are the same, just you can fuck really easily like a boy a night, but is Grindr just fuck for people in cities ? )

    I have no clue how i can speak to guys, especially the ones i find interesting. I mean in that conditions. I mean finding a boyfriend, or something a bit serious is quite difficult here.

    I tend to think the core problem is because people see Grindr ONLY as a place to fuck people, and that is fundamentally depressing. I don't experience the same behaviour from the very same people on apps like Hornet for instance. People, place no value at all in speaking in grindr.

    I would like to know if in the end result it is a deliberate policy from your own or if it is a drawback.

    On top of this, i would enjoy to have a "feedback" or smth to see how other people perceive us. Do you have some public data-analysis or behavioral studies, so that i can expect maybe to be better one day. (though i doubt it, haha)
