Where did customer service go?
I pay 56.99 aud a month for unlimited and was told I would get a boost once a month that I have not received. I had to pay for my last boost. I feel so under valued. Grindr doesn’t care which their customers at Al

Save videos made in Grindr
Have the option of saving videos you create in the app just like photos are stored. Allow saving videos, made in the app, that you receive from other members. Allow creator control over saving.

Banning accounts
How about when banning an account, you tell them exactly what they were banned for instead of just saying you didn't follow the guidelines. I know I follow guidelines, so I'm assuming some idiot got butt hurt that I wouldn't sleep with them and flagged my account.

Wrong word order for time in German
I appreciate the German translation is much better than a while ago. However, it would be nice if the time information was displayed correctly: “Online 2 hours ago” should translate to “Online vor 2 Stunden” and not “Online 2 Stunden vor”. The word order is different in English vs. German (and also several other languages I would assume].

Gay guys with physical disabilities
It would be nice to know other gay physically disable guys. I'm a bilateral amputee from the knees down, it would be nice if there was a way we could meet other gay guys with similar, or worse disabilites who are close to one another. I also believe that if any guy without a physical disability shouldn't be allowed to bully and harass a person with physical disabilities and enjoy constantly leaving and spreading horrible messages to others. This is the main reason I don't want a profile picture, or even mention anything in my own profile. It's pure ignorance…

Bug
For several months the application has not worked as it should and at the price it costs, it should deserve all the attention of GRIND'R.
Why does the app not update when using the cellular network?
Do you have to turn on wifi for it to work?I tried logging out and back in to the app but that didn't change anything. I do not want to reinstall the application to reinstall it because I will lose all my exchanges with my contacts.
Who has a solution to this problem that many people encounter.

Option to blurt adult pictures when they send them

Start showing the history and reason why someone gets banned. Especially when they have paid for membership!
Show the reason why you have blocked someone's account. There should be a definite description of why with screen shots. And if you are a paid member why not do the strikes like other chat places.

Put my profile back on the main grid when I open app
Put my profile back on main grid, not in top left hand cnr. If I change my status (eg. Not looking) and open app next day I’m wondering why no-one checked me out or msged. Then I click on my profile to see my status. If in top lh cnr I can’t see my status

There are so many scammers that are easy to identify. A lotnof times they have the same

Fix favorites bug
The thumbnails of my favorites are loading incorrectly, I'll often have multiple thumbnails of the same person in place of favorites that don't have a profile picture uploaded to their profile. It is not always the same picture either. After refreshing the pictures jump around. I've already attempted to delete and read. Download a fresh copy of the app to no avail. This is on Android 13 - Google Pixel 6 Pro

Please fix the filter button.
It now constantly shows up that there's a filter on. You're making it more difficult to use features of this app. Either you want people to use the app, or you will push people away. We used to be able to use more filters, but now we have to pay. Then this happens. Stop being greedy, stop ruining the app for people who can't afford to pay for everything.
