Grinder needs to stop being so profit oriented
Biggest issue is still , money this is one of the most expensive apps out there and it's quality is the lowest in analysis of the three I've have been dealing with in the past two year,take look at what other apps offer as non paid membership compare the three , positive,and negative s in equation and you see exactly what Grinder is about. Album timer
When sharing the album if it’s possible set time for a min after read it auto unshare allows more comfort to the users when sharing album. Without worrying.

Folders in your messages
Folder to organize the messages. For example, if you travel often you may organize conversations according to destinations you’ve been. That way, you can easily reference when needed. Not everything on Grindr happens right away.

I think there should be some identification tag on all messages either get on your cant message someone
To many ways to send messages with out identity . Can cause alot of problems if you don't know who your. Talking to and you just end up not trusting apps security

Stop fake profiles!
On the app there are a ducking LOT of fake profiles who can't let u see them.
My idea is: when u want to see some profiles, u click on it and u can read the bio but for the photos u have to make one at the moment with the camera and no face pic will be refused (with no chance to chat) and no pic allowed from the gallery.. Later, if two people, who can see each other by the photo they made at the moment, wanna chat they can use gallery pics.4 votes -
Allowing verification code to be sent to a TextNow phone number because some people don't have a working line of phone service provider
My phone service provider through Life Wireless has expired and I'm using a TextNow phone number that requires wifi. I don't understand why it's an issue sending a verification code to a TextNow number, or even send it to the email provided upon sign-up.

BRING BACK THE ETHNICITY OPTION
Why did you get rid of the search option for ethnicity/race? There is a search option for age, weight, height, build, and the list goes on. But there is no option to search for a specific ethnicity/race. WHY? It makes it so much harder to find the ethnicity/race you're interested in because you have to search through every ethnicity/race that's using your app. That's not racist, that's just the type you're into. “Taps” are fucking stupid.
“Taps” are one of the dumbest fucking things…besides the expensive upgrade. lol profiles near me says 33 miles away and the next profile is 1037 ft away from me…ads are irrelevant and plentiful…messages appear 30 minutes after someone has sent it to your profile…anybody can report you…because you ask them to fuck off…and you expect someone to pay for this shit?

Can't see who viewed my profile after boosting my account anymore
It is no longer possible to see who viewed my profile after boosting my account (it used to be possible until recently).
To me, the main purpose of boosting my profile was to gain more visibility and connect with people who had viewed it. Today, after boosting my profile, I only received a few extra chats. Since it's no longer possible to see who viewed my profile, I can't contact them, so I don't see the point of boosting anymore.

Why has blocking people become so unnecessarily complicated? It used to take just two clicks, but now it’s four, with a huge popup and even more steps. On top of that, I already spend so much time filtering out profiles I’m not interested in, like trans women or men with long hair or cross dressers in women’s clothing. Add option to opt in for anonymous notification of positive stds results
Enable anonymous notifications of positive stds results.
It could work like this, for example. Introduce an option to request to be notified if a given person reports a positive std result. This could be reinforced by asking the other person to agree (otherwise it could be technically possible for a person to continously monitor the std status of another person without them knowing, by regularly requesting notifications from only one person) . Fix the whole app.
I'm in the middle of typing a message and the app switches me to an ad. So damn annoying. The ads are getting more and more frequent. I have to wait for the ad to finish now instead of closing the app and reloading it again, but that means you lose the message you have written and also if its a 1 off profile view or message, when you come back to it, that profile is no longer available as I have used up my 1 free profile view.
