    Hey Marc and all.

    I fully agree that the Grindr Management do not care about the gay customers.

    I have written many complaints to them and only get i whissy-washy repliy from.

    I suggested they send out a questback to all customers making a proper survey of the actual need of 1. ethenity filter. 2. gender filter.

    instead the Grindr Management only sends us numerous almost daily offers for upgrade..

    why you think that ??

    the Grindr Management only think about income - they do not care they bought a gay app. they only want more income and fuck the gay community that actually are the reason Grindr was worth purchasing.

    i have cancelled my grindr subscription end june and will not upgrade my membership again before the change the filters and supporting the gay world - not the trans world.

    i dont mind gay trans men but i hate the socalled “straight men” who hides their gay/bi side by searching trans.

    so i come to the fact right now that the Grindr Management and owner should go fuck each other and sell Grindr off to a gay organisation.

    I am so sick and tired of Grindr Management Team being ignorant to so many GAY men writing about their negative feelings about Grindr being taken over by straight men/women.

    i have canceled my subscription and sent this message to Grindr.

    I have had it with being ignored

    GRINDR GET INTO THE GAY AGAIN OR GO FUCK URSELF IN YOUR MONEY SEATCHING STRAIGHT BUTTS.

    Due to you lack of a response to the enormous amount of User Voice messages requesting

    - restore the ethnicity filter
    - make the Gay grindr gay again by installing a filter to remove men and women seeking straight sex
    - restore a two level payment - instead of getting more and more cash of gay men with supplying the wanted service

    and no response to ANY of the items - I find it very rude from Grindr management to ignore 8000+ inputs.

    I have therefore decided to cancel my subscription until Grindr Management decides to implement a proper customer service.

    looking forward to read a proper and correct manager response to this message - not another wishiwishy “go fuck yourself response as always.

    Hey. this is a difficult topic - since Grindr have made the “matter of sexual attraction” into a racist issue by deleting the ethnic filter.

    Selecting an ethnic filter - to my mind - has nothing to with racism.

    It is a pure selection of what kind of person do you find atractive.

    Just as you in your search filter can select age, height, weight, body type etc.

    This again proves that gays are gays - but all have different views on the gays they wanna meet.

    This should decided by the customers - not by some hidden Grindr project office that put restrictions on users but dont have the decency to ask the customers that pays the salery whats really wanted.

    we get from time to time surveys asking if we like Grindr - so they can congratulate each other with the result. but why do they not send out a survey asking what search items the users actually want to search for.

    and why do they never reply to any of this.

    btw I was stupid enough to pay a yearly subscription - so I am forced to await the end so I can stop renewing. I dont think Grindr deserves our money.

    To be honest - unfortunately I just renewed my supscription until june 2023 - but i will indeed cancel my supscription if Grindr dont fic the shit and restore the etnic filter.

    do your office ever read the comments on the thread ” Please restore ethnicity filter” at all??

    or dont you give a damn about the 7435 comments of the customers actually paying your salaries?

    an honest public reply to all the people upset with your stupid excuse for removal of the ethic filter is long wanted.

    you have selection of age, height. bodytype - but you force us search thru female and trans profiles - whereas you prohibit us to look for a type that we want to connect.

    thats a racist method that you force on your paying customers - its not cheap to be a member on Grindr - and the fact you do
    not read nor reply to comments on the thread is down right SUPER bad customer service.

    you often send out questionares about how we feel about grindr.

    how about sending out a survey to the customers that are paying your salaries and asking then what search filters are wanted. instead of sitting in your project office deciding something that you obviously do not know how to handle.

    i will post this mail on the thread. please reply there.

    hey Johnny - you are so right. i have tried writing so many time. but grindr management keep coming with crazy fucked-up excuses for removing the ethic filter with some badass comments.

    Hey JF. I agree - to me i am white but often attracted to black men - its an attraction not racism.
    Just as well as some people dont like my age - i dont see that as “age-racism” its pure attraction as with eye colour, hair colour, body type, cock size, top-bttm-versatile, gender types, sexual lusts and stuff.

    grindr is a dating app for gays searching gays not a political tool for anything.

    i understand that racism excists in many countries - espcially in the GOP dominated USA - and I hate racism - all people are equal if they treat other people nice - also when not agreeing and issues.

    people like the types here writing angry and hatefull messages should consult a terapist or their local GOP representatives.
