Block is no longer available
The block option is no longer available and was replaced by the hide option. Blocking a user is an essential safety tool in Grindr that can protect us from violence and harassment. Disabling it put in risk the safety and privacy of Grindr users.

Stop allowing trans & trans seekers to take over gay spaces
Enough is enough already. Make a new app for them and migrate them over. I do not want Grindr to recommend chats, and I'm certainly not going to pay for the feature. In fact I would block most of the profiles that are listed (first two in list were crossdressers). If Grindr can keep all of its AI profiles in this area and off my grid then it's useful. Otherwise it's waste of space that I don't want to see.

Better ads integration
If ads are required to fund grindr, the current obtrusive, irrelevant full page ads will ultimately lead to the app’s demise. You need to partner with local LGBTQ+ organisations, events and companies to integrate a discrete ads stream, or banner in a way which does not interfere with the user experience, and advertises things which may actually be relevant. Stop with the fucking adverts
Absolutely infuriating. This is more about money making than providing a service. You seem to care very little about user experience.
Too many adverts. Adverts are far too long. Adverts don’t allow you to get rid of them easily, the cross at the side doesn’t work and I have to click onto a fucking Temu advert. It feels like you don’t care about the type of advert either. Temu is a terrible company but you allow yourselves to be connected with crap, this doesn’t really put you in a good light.
