What's with the monetization of super fat and super skinny people?
a friend and I who are both on grindr were talking about our experiences on the app and they were talking about how they don't get a lot of attention because they're fat, and I at first boiled it down to fatphobia/body shaming, and out of curiosity I used the weight filter and put in 300+ lbs minimum to see if my friend would come up, and the results automatically switched to XTRA/Unlimited and I couldn't see my friend's account unless I paid a monthly premium. Option to block faceless profiles from messaging
We’re already able to filter out profiles without profile pictures as is, so why not let us disallow faceless profiles from messaging us in the first place?

being allowed to choose which age group sees our profiles
we should be able to choose which age groups can see our profiles and which we don't. That way, as a 20 year old, i won't feel uncomfortable seeing 50 year olds view me

Instead of the button showing just "Age", make it say "18-29" or "30+" or "< 25" if a range has been set

App is buggy since update
App regularly does not load profile pictures, let me receive or send messages without closing the app and reopening it 5 times every time it happens, sometimes it takes 5 minutes and 3 ads to send one message.

An option to be verified or some way to ensure legitimacy because there are entirely too many flakes and fake accounts. It makes the app a joke

It would be ideal to find in this app an option of verified services, be it hairdressing, massage (body, feet, hands, etc.), waxing, taxi service, house cleaning, painting, etc. In short, find specific trades in which we would like to hire, the lgtb community can offer these services and contract these services and vice versa.

I want to mass select and delete over 100 photos.
As not just a client but also an investor, (I never knew how much I wanted to say someting like that until this moment) I currently have just shy of 300 black photo boxes in my photo gallery to choose to send to ppl that are blank and posses a ? In them. At this time I have to rest my finger on one photo at a time. I wait for the delete option to appear after approximately 2-3 seconds of continuous press, then I can select the delete option at which point upon selection I am rid of that…

Compatibility for fold devices
When using grindr on a fold device it doesn't support swapping between open screen and close screen. And when used on an open screen the resolution is not right.

Nerd Tribe
There should be a "Nerd" tribe. Geek and Nerd mean different things, geek generally has more of a negative connotation now than nerd. Geek also more means someone who is smart, whereas nerd means someone who is into nerdy things, fandom culture. I think the nerdy gays would appreciate being. Able to label themselves as such rather than having to use geek.

Extortion and blackmail as a result of cat fish unverified accounts
Grindr, to the best of my knowledge, is the only platform of its kind that does not verify users. Now I acknowledge that Grindr will not confirm this, but at least 25% of all active accounts are troll/cat fish accounts that are on the platform for the sole objective of masking their identity to lure legitimate users in, only to steal our (sometimes intimate) personal property.
