4. customer service help

   Put a link to customer service on the app in help centre. Not having a way of contacting you means I need to delete the app. Am sure you wouldn't want this. But do you care ?

5. Migrate account from Facebook to Google

   I created an account with Facebook login. I want to delete my Facebook, but I don't want to create a new Grindr account and lose all of my contacts and chats. Please allow me to migrate my existing account from Facebook login to Google login.

10. Adding other music sharing options apart from Spotify

    As a paying customer who loves Grindr, i would suggest having YouTube Music as another music option. I have Youtube Premium and like the ad free content and music that comes with that service whereas Spotify only serves music which tbh is weird because having ad free content and music on YouTube seems better imo then just music. Thanks

    A separate app that is only chatting with no pictures or media sharing. A place for connections that those looking for lasting relationships or advice can go without being harassed or bombarded with D pics or rude lines from barbaric men. Then on the side it has a forum for helping people with questions, support and comforting, information on services for certain things. 18. Profile Image Quality and Composition

    Profile images viewed in the grid view sometimes show more of the image composition compared to when viewed larger. The grid view is representing images in a square one-to-one ratio thumbnail appearance. But, when viewing the image larger, most smartphone screens are taller than wide, and therefore images submitted as 1028p x 1028p end up getting cropped. As far as I know, you are not able to drag to reposition, change the scale/zoom, or use multi-touch gestures like pinch to zoom, etc.

    It seems an app that almost relies on images; the overall implementation could be more elegant. Allow higher resolution images, use of multi-touch gestures, figure out the aspect ratio issue mentioned earlier, and maybe use artificial intelligence to evaluate images for quality, or even composition.

20. Text Font Size Accessibility Option IOS

    The iOS app does not have this feature working. You can change the app font size setting but the iOS app font size stays the same on all screens.
    Functional Accessibility features not working on your app is pretty basic. It works on Android from my previous phone.
