Empty profiles and missing photos
First of all, it would be great if Grindr would use best practices. You are allowed to have certain features that other sites have. I really like the sites that have mandatory profile policies as well as verified face pics. It is beyond irritating when someone hits you up and all you have is a blank picture, some silly name and if lucky, "just ask" F**K you. I don't want to play 20 questions just to find out what I already know....that you are a loser and waste of time.

THE ENTIRE APP
I can't wait for my subscription to be over with. The greed of this app is outrageous; paying such a high membership fee only to get absolutely nothing in return is ridiculous. The platform seems infested with bots designed to trick you into purchasing the boost feature, which is an absolute joke. Despite receiving over 100 views and chatting with around 10 guys, all communication ceased the moment my time expired. This shady tactic proves the app's intent to deceive its users and squeeze more money out of them. Save your money and avoid this scam at all costs!

Chat Backup
is it me or chat backup doesn't work properly, on multiple ocasión i set my chat backup and seem every time I do so it fails to save for auto back up daily. would be nice IF THEY SOLVE THIS AND enable auto backup frequently not just daily, weekly tec.

Implement Age and Face verification
There's people that have either stolen either other's pictures then use it under a false identity or using really outdated pictures that don't match with their current pictures ( like using pictures when they were younger when they are actually older )
And please put use an age verification system implementation to prevent the use of unaged minors on getting the app and people who lie about their actual age. For example people say that they are 29 when they are actually 32

Saturdays being a free xtra for searching and chatting
So with the free accounts being limited before having to purchase Xtra I think that Saturdays would be a great day to use Xtra as a free day to promote sales and marketing

Pic sharing policy
It has been ovserved that people see person sharing pic first and directly block without showing there pics

Self selection option for what you are seeking
Can we have the option to filter out those tribes simply not interested in never will be interested in. No point showing a gay man profiles of guys seeking trans or cd when I’m neither so let’s have the option to find my type and block out those who aren’t interested in gay guys

Max age to view you
Please add a maximum and minimum age allowed to view your profile, this will prevent younger people from getting groomed by old men, and prevent general uncomfortability. This could also increase how many people actually get matches, because everyone will be in their age range.

Block trans-female blackmailers
There seems to be alot of trans-females who ask for rude photos and then blackmail for exchange of money, you should instant ban these nasty users of the app and site as it is very dangerous to have these so called trans-females scammers on here.

Verified
We need to have a verified option where the phone taken and put up is verified that it’s the deal person and not a fake account. There’s so many fakes out there to count we need this to happen. It helps with safety to people who meet up with others either be dating or other things.

Hide Profile From Grid
Blocking some people can lead to undesirable experiences. This is because when you block someone, they know you blocked them, which can create unnecessary tension. The ability to hide someone's profile from your grid, combined with the mute option that already exists, can be a safer option for someone who may not feel comfortable blocking a user, but also does not want to interact with them further or see them on the grid. Plus, being blocked doesn't always feel great, so it can be a more gentle way to handle things. I believe this would create a safer user environment.

Grindr subscription
If you make the app subscription more affordable, people will pay not to have the bad glitchy version of Grindr.
$3-$5 a month is affordable. That’s worth the price of the features. $60 a year.
Not $10 a week or $35 a month. No one can afford that. Especially not the down low guys that make up a majority of your app5 votes -
Dating
Please create a section geared for dating. I want a life partner and Grindr is the most popular and best LGBTQ+ app imo. Please have a free ad supported level among your paid levels. Also, Grindr’s costs are excessive. At minimum please make the dating section more cost effective than xtra/unlimited for the consumer. Maybe offer bundles for the guys that want to have their cake and cum on it too. I’m sincerely asking for help. Thank you for listening.
Side note. The glitching is excessive. Y’all need an update stat!!

App is broken with paywall garbage
I blocked 50+ guys to get someone further away up in my feed, now that you’ve put paywalls on everything and allow guys not be seen in explore.
NOW you’ve just shortened my list of guys to talk to, and found an endless supply of profiles to put in place of the blocked profiles, specially keeping the one profile I want to message out of range in the xtra section. You people are fucking pigs. You will never get my money , ever.

When blocked account still visible
When someone blocks you you should still be able to view the account with basic information like name and profile picture shown this will mean anyone who blocks you when they should be reported (like spam accounts fakes and people sending unconsentual pics) can still he reported instead of just disappearing

Dummies
So easy to be threatened for possible harassment without any possibility to answer back because you are too chicken to be contacted directly. You cant neither justify what you are saying. No message or no profile they said whatever we got reported for. Anyone can bullshit on anybody.
