2. Why in the world would you take away the search feature? It was the only way to refresh the location since the app nearly never does

   After years of premium you may have finally found a way to even make me quit you too, so sad.

3. Show a disclaimer when chats are previously deleted

   It would be nice to have a small disclaimer when I message someone that has deleted previous chats or I’ve deleted previous chats. Would like to clean up my inbox, but don’t want to messages people I’ve messaged in the past with no response back.

5. Being able to change the apps color (HEX #format) especially for messages.

   Being able to change the apps colors/chat colors to any hex number of your choosing, so no two people are alike/able to tell you are on Grindr. And being able to do this with free version.

6. ABOUT ME only displays first 2 rows

   For the last few weeks, ABOUT ME only displays first 2 rows of what is typed in this field. Previously, it displayed everything that was typed in. This is true on my profile and all others that I see. Very annoying because this field is important to get insights on the user profile.

   Listen. There’s a lot of DL in my area and I’m often not interested when they send a face pic in private.

   I hate blocking and some guys can’t handle the « not interested » text.

   Archiving messages would let met keep the pictures in chat for the futur and remove the 1001 blank profiles from my inbox.

9. Users should be required to complete their profile, before having access to the rest of the app. including a valid profile picture

   To many fake, mean, or even malicious users get blocked or frequently delete thir accounts, just to quickly make a new one just to discreetly continue to harass or picture farm or worse.

    1. A way to filter OUT certain hashtags from the main feed page of profiles. It would help finding people you have hashtags in common with a lot more easier.

    2. A tag for the opposite of ‘hung’. I think it’d be great to be able to have that option for those who have or like people on the smaller side of things.
