    My account has been suspended twice for "hate speech" that never occurred after I reported scammers who then retaliated by reporting me after I confronted them. Ridiculous!!

  6. 24h unlimited subscription doesn't work

    I used to purchase this temporary subscription, until a friend notified me that I was online, but I had incognito mode on. So I reached Grindr support on November 09th reporting the situation. After 2 or 3 days, an agent called Dan replied my email, saying that they identified a bug, but it would solved.
    Since now, dezember 23th, after a lot of complaints and always the answer "thank you for your patience" my patience is over.
    I'll start to spread and people "Don't purchase this product" because, even that they know about the bug, they keep selling it to…

  7. Start a new app for str8 guys and transgender CEO’s dressers

    This app has essentially become a prostitution ring which you’ve allowed and have done nothing to limit. Your customers suffer. I’m addition the app is supposed to be for gay men looking for gay men. Not a sub culture app for str8 guys and cross dresses and transgender. While I appreciate there needs it’s not what the bill of us are here for.

    Both items are enough to cancel my pro membership. It’s outrageous to pay so much for an app that is more bots. Thief’s And str8 guys not who don’t like gay guys. Guess you’re gonna have to…

  8. Distance measurement is always wrong

    Distance is calculated in straight line, but it makes false results about who is really close to us.
    The measurements should be done by real roads distance and not with current algorithm.

  9. Not fully testing updates before deploying to production

    The latest update has been a disaster. This is not the first time issues like this have been encountered, so there is clearly a problem with sufficient sandbox testing before pushing to production.

  15. Blocking a profile takes me back to grid

    When I'm swiping through profiles and decide to block someone, the app then returns me to the grid after the block. I wish the app would just land me on the previously-viewed profile or next in the swipe rotation. I don't want to be taken back to the grid just because I blocked someone. I'm still cruising lol. BTW, I'm an Xtra subscriber.
