The word “tr*nny” should not be allowed, seeing cis men using violent language/slurs to sexualize trans people is concerning
I feel as though allowing this slur is more harmful than empowering in this context. Grindr allows everyone of all gender identities to use such words that have been and still are used to dehumanize members of this vulnerable community. Sexualizing trans peoples’ existence as a whole is harmful in many ways and does lead to real life violence. I think this word is completely fine when used by a consenting trans person, but I do not want to see it, and I know most other trans people I’ve spoken to certainly do not either. This new method of being to block people is useless... I haven't been able to block ONE single person in over a month without having to report them to do so. You are encouraging harassment.

When someone taps you, you can’t message them
When you see that someone’s taps you and you click on their profile, if you chick to send a message, the keyboard doesn’t appear and it doesn’t allow you to exit the message until you quit the app.

Add escort services to the website
If there would be a chance to register as escort to grindr, you could charge a higher rate for those profiles and also solve the problem that the users have with the unwanted escort profiles that they find accidently, cause lets say there would be a separate page only for that and like this only those would see them that are looking for escort services.

We should be able to view profiles in explore without being subscribed to Xtra
I can’t even view profiles on the app, even if I have my location on and are in explore mode even with no existing chats left for me to use i should still be able to view the profile without being prompted with a pay wall.

Hello Grindr and Grindr community,
I both hope and trust that this day finds you all quite well. I am curious to know if you have explored the idea of using A.I., to make the hunt for sex much, much easier and less time consuming?
I spend hours looking for guys, and sometimes only get
a few loads (as an example).The conversions take forever. You can go 20 minutes on a conversation, only for it to just go nowhere.
Surely, Open A.I, Google, Microsoft, etc… can help with this?
