1. Exclusion filtering

   Right now it’s only possible to use filters to showcase profiles that have the selected criteria. But i’d like to see the option to not showcase certain profiles based on what they have on their profile. For instance, i’d want to filter away everyone who has “hookup” in their looking for, so that I can see profiles that arent hunting.

3. This is a rip off

   This app was great and now you have to pay, fine I don’t mind that. What I do mind is I’m paying money and you aren’t putting people in my area in my feed, people from 2-12 miles are looking at my profile but they aren’t in my feed, why??? I won’t pay another dime, when this runs out I’m deleting my account fuck Grindr and its bullshit

5. Are you having troubles with the latest 17.4 iOS iPhone system?

   Grindr is not working well. Msgs download by stages very slow, profiles and descriptions also. It’s like the app is not longer working well on the latest iOS 17.4 version. Please let me know so I can change to android instead. Thanks

7. Enable the use of the carriage return (or "enter key" to the layperson) when writing our profiles

   The Carriage Return or "Enter Key" is the most fundamental component of the written word. It indicates the beginning of a new paragraph. A new idea or point and we can no longer use it when writing our profiles in the app.
   Being misunderstood by the reader is always a possibility but you bring it to a whole new level of near-certainty when you remove a tool we have been required to use everywhere else on the planet since we were introduced to it in kindergarten.

   Oh look! Another one! But not in my profile in the app.
   Why would that be disabled? Is it a supply chain thing? Perhaps they aren't making as many as they did before covid and we have to conserve them for the younger generations that don't write well?? Maybe it's environmental. Are carriage returns running out? Will new paragraphs become even more scarce as time goes on because the manner in which their raw materials are removed from the punctuation mine causes Climate Change?
   Whatever the case may be, please find some for us. Maybe Amazon has some cheap knock-off available. Or ebay. Fake carriage returns: The easier, cheesier punctuation product. Like Tofu for the written word but easier to understand... because it's punctuated properly.

10. Not being able to see who views us without paying thats not fare you should also make everybody show a face picture regaurdless

14. Don’t compress photos

    I’m being told my newly uploaded recently taken iPhone 13 Pro photos are blurry , for the first time in all my years of using grindr. I suspect it has to do with grindr compressing these photos. This is a photo driven app and interaction is driven by media sharing. Grindr should not be compressing photos and lowering quality as it directly affects the enjoyment and mutual trust among users
