4. Your grinder app isn't as effective as it used to be, I don’t what changes guys you've made but it feels like a ghost navigating in it.

   You should improve your web to be more effective with the contacts close to your area like it used to be before. You gotta improve that

6. Fix 'About Me' section bug

   When editing the 'About Me' section in the profile, i'm not able to enter new rows in the text, aka pressing enter. Whenever i do so, the cursor jumps to editing my instagram link. The only way for me to edit the text in such manner is to write it on my notes app and copying it the grindr. Please fix it, thanks :)

7. Swipe to go back

   Seems in the latest update (iOS 8.14.0) you’ve removed the ability to swipe right to go back, it just goes to the next profile. I don’t swipe thru all profiles. I tap on one I like, read the profile and message them or not and then I swipe right to go back to the profile thumbnails, that’s what should happen. Now you have to tap on the X at the top left of a profile to close it and go back to everyone’s profile. That is not intuitive and makes it harder to use. Also, changing the ‘Fresh’ tab to only show 9 tappable people…not cool.

9. To be able to log in with different mediums

   I created my account through the Apple connexion thingy, but I’m switching devices soon and I won’t be able to use my account anymore since I’ll be on Android.
   Can you make it so that we can link another medium to log in with ? Or at least allow us to set up a email adresse and a password when the account was created with Facebook, Google or Apple ?

13. better and faster live locations

    A better and faster update to the location. When looking who is in the area you are. For example when I'm home there are different people near by then I go to work which is about an hours drive so it should have different people but it shows the same people are even if you refresh the app so I go close the app and then it might update your current location for example I talk to a guy and he is close by then i drive somewhere and a few minutes later i talk to a guy that shows he is close by but after talking we find out he is in the area i was earlier that day .... So it would be nice to see a more accurate and faster live location once you refresh the app after you traveled

15. Make Grindr great again!

    Judging by all the negative comments and product deterioration over the last few months, it's clear that Grindr has lost its way. In fact, when you read the following ad for Grindr Unlimited, it's clear that the app just cares about making money from elite users in the 1%, not the rest of us:

    "Your weekend is booked: you’ve got dinner with clients in an hour, drinks with friends after, and a flight to Hong Kong in the morning. When it comes to your Grinding, every minute counts, and you can’t afford to waste time—or have your clients see you in the grid during dessert. Introducing Grindr Unlimited, the most convenient and discreet Grindr experience ever, offering our most exclusive features..."

    So I guess it's all about being a Wolf of Wall Street or American Psycho? With 'clients'? WTAF? This is such a joke and makes all the content from its safety guidelines ("Grindr for Equality works toward a world that is safe, just, and inclusive for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities") feel like insincere wokewashing.

    I get that all apps need to make money but there's a way to do it without annoying users. Just look at great apps like Duolingo, where the ads don't interrupt the learning experience and where it's still possible to learn a lot from the free tier. Meanwhile, the paid pier is reasonably priced (even cheaper than Grindr and definitely a much better use for your time).

    Please go back to your roots because it's only a matter of time before someone comes up with an alternative and people jump ship.

18. Automatic Synchronisation - Messages

    I've been using my tablet all morning with no issues. The battery died without me noticing until I saw 'Shutting Down". Blank screen, no power. I reverted to my phone, which I hate using to type messages.

    I went to 'Viewed Me" and clicked on someone I'd chatted to earlier. Messages were completely blank. It would be great to have a Synchronisation button to ensure messages are up to date on all devices. I'm now lost because I can't remember what I've sent and to whom.

    My Microsoft OneDrive checks on and offline contact for newer versions of files and updates files to the appropriate location. This means, whether using my Laptop, Tablet or phone they're all updated.

    I've just cancelled my £25+ a month subscription based purely on me having to do something that's standard on most Google/Facebook login options. Not only that, given the financial difficulties endured by many, £300 a month where you can't even search for a profile is not a priority.

    Take a leap into 2007 when OneDrive was launched with automatic sync.

19. Fix THE BUG

    I’m using the app right now at 4:53am in Texas and it just keeps closing and closing and deleting everything I LITERALLY JUST WROTE. I went to the App Store (No update) I restarted my phone (NOTHING) please fix this!!! It’s getting hella annoying. I have an iPhone 14pro max running iOS 17.4 (21E5209b) or maybe because I running a beta. But still please fix this.

20. RESOLVE THE BUGS BOTH ON APP AND WEBSITE

    I cannot see other people's profiles on the grid as all profiles are blank! This has been going on for MONTHS!!!
    I have logged out from my 1st acc since I thought that it could fixed this issue and when I wanted to login back, it turned out that I have changed the password!!! But now that I make a 2nd acc (several weeks after my attempt to get my 1st acc back), the problem is still not fixed!!! WTH?!
