Error when opening app from a chat notification
For weeks now if I tap on a new message notification then the app opens and takes me to that conversation thread, but the conversation never loads and it just says connecting at the top if I hit back and then go into the conversation again I see the correct conversation load immediately.
If I type a message in that “ Connecting” Thread, then it stays there and his visible next time I open the app from notification, but is never sent to the recipient. It’s like there are two parallel conversation threads. One of which is broken. This behaviour…

Profiles on home screen are all black/blank when i try to click one. Can't even tap them or read their bio, it wont load.

Blood test attachment
It could be possible to attach blood test to testing status. It would be important to hide informations like address and surname. I don't know how it could be made avoiding fraud.

The past 4 months images on the profiles on the Grid do not load. I can only see them when I’m at home using my personal WiFi.
First explain why this occurs. Then give options on how to resolve this issue.

This app never works
This app seriously sucks! No one ever answers your support services and it seems like no one works or cares at Grindr. It is TOXIC to the gay community and is the worst app ever invented! Grindr, get a life !! And fix your IT crap!! Does anyone work there??

Fix the Delete Message Button
The delete button message doesn’t actually delete any messages, as when I refresh my message section the chats I deleted show up again!

Unusable app!!!!!
This app is absolutely horrendous. I can't believe I'm paying $40 a month for the unlimited version because that's the only one I prefer to use. Messages take forever to send sometimes, the red receipts don't work properly it will show that a message has been read and then turn back to delivered. Countless other bugs. I can't name them all. It is absolutely infuriating. This is the worst I have ever seen the app. It just keeps getting worse and worse. For $40 a month you should have an app with absolutely no bugs and proactively work to repair…

Where is Chat Backup feature and other problems
So this app has been out for a decade+. And it’s the only app out there that has literally gotten so much bugs, glitches and just overall plan out shitty. I accidentally blocked a user and lost all my messages with him. I then unblocked him but the messages didn't come back. To make matters worse you have shrunk the free profiles and moved have now moved him to the extra area where I can't make contact with him. We were in the middle of getting together and sending a date and I can't reach him to explain I accidentally blocked him clearing old users. This app in place of getting better each year it's getting worse and more annoying and every time I use it I ask my self what will be the today suprise because every time it's something else and it's so damm annoying.i am wondering what kind of people working and are responsible for this but they need a better training
