Filters reset
Hitting the [back] button to exit the app now resets/clears the filters before exiting. Super annoying having to apply filters every time the app is opened!

Issue with the placement of “Right Now” button
I find the placement of the “right now” button (the little bubble on the lower right corner) is extremely annoying. There were many times I accidentally activated this feature while scrolling.
Please have an option for anyone, who doesn’t need this feature, to disable that button please.50 votes -

Please make choosing the colour of the icon an option. This forced pink think is not nice. Even more as I am not a fan of Madonna.

HATE THE NEW FAVORITES LAYOUT!
I hate the new favorites layout there was nothing wrong with the old one. The new favorites layout makes me not want to use the app you can’t even see people’s distances anymore ! BRING THE OLD ONE BACK ASAP!

Hide is unnecessary
As a user I do not want to be able to "hide" AND "block" profiles. I either don't want profiles to be accessible and them.having access toy profile (ergo: block them) or I can tolerate their presence. The ability to hide certain profiles (e.g. who did not show interest in me and whom I am not interested in) instead of blocking them is unnecessary, since I am able to unblock them at any given time. The disability to block them and just being able to hide them is redundant and at the moment not even functional.

You are destroying the Grindr Ecosystem, in many different ways.

Get rid of Taps 99.999% Are OF ADS
Get rid of the taps feature, 99.999% of them are OF ads. It would free up some space and cut down on some of the negative energy on the app. At the very least bring back the ability to delete them.

Accessing someone's profile from the Albums tab
When scrolling through the albums that have been shared with you, its impossible to go directly to a person's profile when looking through their pics. You have to interact with the picture somehow, by pressing a icon such as "thumbs up, or HOT" and then going into your chats, opening the chat with the interaction, and then finally go to their profile.

Please, fix the profile grid.
My grid always shows profiles that are REALLY FAR AWAY from my location, please fix that asap, it is really annoying when people won’t show their distance.

Show "Offline" When a User Explicitly Logs Out
Currently, Grindr continues to display a "Last Seen" timestamp even after a user has intentionally logged out of the application.
This can be misleading. When someone sees "Last seen 15 minutes ago" or "Last seen 30 minutes ago," they may assume the user is still casually checking the app and choosing not to respond. In reality, the user may have logged out completely and may not receive messages or notifications until they log in again.
I suggest distinguishing between inactivity and an intentional logout:
- If the app is inactive in the background, continue showing "Last Seen."

After 7 years if pain an anual subscription now you sre elevated the proces risoculously ti 14.99 per week? You guys are killing this app
For peopel like me which are being formally paying annually you should have a decency and respect. The ads interfering with chats are very upsetting. I will leave soon if can’t really interact as always. Good luck but pretty bad decision. Your better customer will leave and then commercials will stop support so good bye charlie.
