Human Request
I am reaching out because I have already completed the official Ban Appeal Form and followed all the recommended procedures in good faith. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a resolution, and my account and device remain banned.
Given the device-level nature of this ban and the significant personal and practical impact it has caused, I kindly request that my case be reviewed by a human support agent. I would like to speak with an agent who can look at the specific details of my situation, as I genuinely believe this ban resulted from a misunderstanding.

Leave the favorite feature as it was
When I click the favorite feature where now have been placed, doesn't load up the pictures and takes forever to work as it was before, it is frustrating. If you make changes, make sure everything works as intended or not make any changes. I'm a paid member, not acceptable to have issues with "new experimental half baked changes"

View once album - Pictures visible if liked
If you sent an album as view once, most of the time you want those pictures to be viewed once. Of the person “reacts” to the picture that picture will remind in the chat visitble to both parties although the album is not visible again. That is not true to the “view once” feature that is subscribers pay for.

Auto refresh
Ever since the last fuck-update every time I click on a profile then go back, the screen automatically refreshes and jumps back to the top of the list. It's infuriating to navigate the app now and makes me want to delete it which would cause me to lose money I've already paid for the ultimate package.

Stop deleting my filters every time i restart the app. Did not do this 3 months ago.

Better Matching Algorithm for Meaningful Connections

I think it would be great if Incredibox app’s matching system focused more on compatibility and shared interests, not just proximity. Many users are looking for more than quick chats — they want genuine connections.What if Grindr introduced a smart matching algorithm that learns from profile interests, chat patterns, and preferred interaction types? For example, users who like deeper conversations could be shown to others with similar behavior.
This could make the platform more authentic, engaging, and community-driven, while still keeping the fast, easy vibe Grindr is known for.

Move back to top when browse/messages is tapped
In previous versions of the Android app, pressing the browse or messages button while scrolled down would take you back to the top. Now with newer versions this has been removed. It's a small thing, but in terms of UX, this is an inconvenience that makes navigating the app now feel clunky

Search bar on messages tab
There is no search for chat option on the messages tab. It' would be really helpful if it's there. I remember it used to be there earlier

Free User Updates
1) Work on the geolocation settings (i.e. allowing a set mileage radius and fix the grid to populate like it used to by distance)
2) Reward users for reporting spam/bot accounts.
3) Add a moderation option for reporting blackmailers

Moving favorites to an explore filter is the worst update in a while. How does one search the notes they’ve added
Read the title. App is becoming unusable because of stupid changes like this.
