1. Stop putting a random person 60miles away at the top with close ppl

   The app is always putting one person that is 60 miles away at the top with people 1 mile away. I’m close to subscribing but definitely will not if I keep getting people over 60 miles away mixed in with people 1 mile away

   As a software engineer,this is bad practice because I’ll refresh numerous times and see those fake profiles “bouncing around”… I’m sure others realize this too….lets hammer your database with tons of ppl refreshing over and over and over to see which in the top six are actually near us and who is 60+ miles away

2. Show how distance in profile pic again

3. Settle on one paid plan and stop the extortion. Quit bullying other apps from existing. Stop the greed and show some real support to users.

   To those who run the app and get a paycheck for your work in the app. For me, it's become a pain to use Grindr in many ways. I understand that you got a business and it ain't a charity and things cost you guys money, but we all know that even if the app was free to use you would still get a pretty high revenue just from users data alone. But okay that may not be public so in order to cash in you have to have the user pay, okay. That's fair. But it's become so unbalanced guys. Even if someone who manages to afford an extra subscription for some time, cause we're not all rich or even in comfortable positions to spray money on this, even then, as if it was expensive enough for extra, you actually need to go unlimited to avoid missing out on features that are pretty basic to implement, that used to be in the free membership. It's not hard to see the game you're playing. Truth is even if I paid the ultimate paid version, I wouldn't feel happy about using the app. Men will be men and we've always as gay men have managed to find ways to find each other. Truth things have changed a lot regarding how society integrates gays into itself but that's not everyone,as I type this there are people being imprisoned or killed in some countries just for being gay. Those are are brothers, and lovers. I am grateful to live in a place where I can be myself and not necessarily have my life or freedom taken from me, not to say I haven't had my share of homophobia in my family and surroundings, but it was online places such as manhunt and Grindr that I got to see that I was not alone and there were others like me and there was nothing wrong with me for being gay. It's really sad to see how we have turn on each other as we have been more positively view by a straight run society tho. You gave gay men a way to connect with each other only to turn that need for connecting into a extortion machine designed to fill your pockets while leaving users who pay and who don't pay, feeling used , frustrated, worthless and dissatisfied. We as gay men are no strangers to hatred and segregation at some point so it's no wonder to me that we show more hate to each other than the harte we get from a straight society at least here in American continent , and it's a hateful thing to abuse the community that has made Grindr the most used dating gay app. I'm not saying give us everything free and respect out data and be nice just because. It's a business, and it should profitable for anyone investing their time and efforts on it, but maybe you can try to find the line between being a decent. Putting your users first doesn't have to go against selling your product cheap or giving it away. Its a very good product in essence and yeah people should contribute if theyre getting a benefit I agree. Don't pervert a good even helpful and community building product into an evil extortion tool. Money isn't everything, and tho Im realistic and know it's essential to survive in this world. There really are bigger more important parts to life. Maybe intangible and maybe unrecognizable to everyone unlike a BMW or a mansion. But there is a feeling when one knows that their actions have helped others than no amount of money can ever buy. You got a chance to use this , the data the money the connections and implement it for the betterment of everyone using the app, and even ,maybe everyone, who knows perhaps you could invest some ideas to help those brothers in those places were their lives are at sake for loving other men. Wouldn't that feel better than selling 10000000 unlimited memberships? If the answer is no, that's fine by me, I don't judge, but to me the answer would be hell yes. For I am you and you are me and when we die, who knows what happens really but for sure you mind , spirit, cannot take the money or the cars or the poppers and cash to wherever it may go. But there's a chance that It can and it does take away what's already in n it, in each one of use, our memories and our know we did the best we could with what we had . Love comes to us when we give love to others.

5. Localisation en panne et Grindr m'informe que mon appareil est incompatible avec l'actuelle version de Grindr. Mon appareil est récent.

   Je paye un abonnement mensuel, Grindr doit remplir ses fonctions.
   Si non : je ne renouvellerai pas l'abonnement pour l'année 2026.

9. La app va mal

   La aplicación cada vez va a peor, no se actualizan los perfiles, antes era solo una hora de desconnexión y ahora te salen hasta 4 horas…no actualiza nada, cada vez menos distancia, nada de ver taps…menos funciones y mas anuncios.

   Una verguenza de app últimamente.

    I am using your app on iPhone with iOS. I have enabled “Larger Text” in Accessibility settings, but the app does not adjust its font size accordingly.

    Could you please add support for iOS Dynamic Type so that the text size can automatically adapt to user settings? This would greatly improve readability and accessibility for many users.

12. Stop Breaking the App

    I can't add new profile photos. They just disappear when I add them. The new app icons don't show when you get a notification, it still shows the Grindr logo. I can't edit or delete my trips on my profile.

14. Remove the right now from hovering over my screen, it’s so annoying

    Remove the right now widget from the main screen position, people including myself, accidentally press it then get bombarded by unwanted attention, it’s actually convincing me as well as some of my friends to leave Grindr if anything

17. Revise Italian Translations

    Italian strings are either AI or machine translated and the output is bad bad bad. 3 hours left translated as if left is the left hand and not remaining time. Errors across all app. This is just an example.
