Expiring albums
It should be possible when I share an album, that I can define how long it will be available to one person. Or that it was defined as a default that the album would be available for a certain period of time. That way it wouldn't be necessary to keep revoking albums access, when you've reached the sharing limit.

Better Account Security with Login Session Visibility
Have an option in settings to see the currently logged in devices with date/time and IP. The ability to log these sessions out if they are old or someone else would help when people are trans bashing you and visibly deleting your messages after forcing you into homelessness using similar tactics.

Restrict who can see me by age filter
Make it so we can restrict who is able to view our profiles based on an age filter. E.g making it so no one under 25 can view my profile.
This would be great for professionals who may work with people who use the app *e.g people who work with queer youth, teachers, counsellors (me) etc.

Report bad behavior
Last wed I received a death threat from anonymous.i reported to police. I have not blocked them. They had my exact address dob and my full name. I ignored their messages. I did not respond. I required police escort. They changed their profile name. Ive been off all week. It's anon so I don't know who it is. I took screenshots but they deleted the death threats

Biggest Scam I’ve ever met
There are many fake profiles who are making the peoples fool by displaying Girl picture in DP. They ask to make the payment in online mode only for meet up.. Once they received the payment they will block your on Grinder and Whatsapp . They shared an screen shot with you of UPID to make the payment. I am the one who’s has been charged for same. Kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I will have to take some strict action against your app.

Not being able to give a comment or score rating for people you been with so others can go on recommended score or comment
To invent a comment or rating system for people you been with!! like yelp type thing so people can get an idea of who to get with rather than just pot luck, as I was asked if I was on any site that the person could leave me a good review because he was extra tic with my oral service and would like to recommend me to people

profiles should not completely dissapear from your messages if you're blocked
Someones profile should not completely dissapear from your messages in case you need to report them for behavior that constitutes a violation of grindr terms and policies and state or federal laws. Instead if someone blocks you their profile would appear completely blank except for their name and in messages only photos and map addresses should be deleted because they're the only sensitive information that was received with a direct app feature. I had someone threaten my life and spew nasty racist remarks at me and I have no way of reporting them because they blocked me as soon as…

Investment scams
Investment Scams - on 3 occasions now cute Asian guys have befriended me on Grindr and then introduced the fact that they do part time dealings in investing in crypto-currencies or mining coin wallets. On each occasion they have been over complimentary but make excuses not to meet - therefore not sure they are local to me. Also they suggest chatting on WhatsApp and then block you on Grindr so it makes less likely you will be able to report them. I am very aware of their tactics but I am wondering how many Grindr users might be sucked into…

Stalker Techniques
Ok so you know how there’s the “who viewed me” option even though you can only see the photo of the last person that viewed you unless you pay is whatever but what if there was a “who starred/favorited me” option so that way you know if your stalker gets to see when you’re online and last online even your location unless you choose not to “show my distance” option but regardless. A private way to warn partner that you tested positove on std's
So in the netherlands you can send a private text message, when you tested positive on a STD.
It would help out to reduce std rates when people could inform each other privatly.
Like there could be a button you can press that you tested positive. You answer a few questions (also to reduce a way of people abusing the function). Then you could select only profiles where there is more then 3 or more messages is sent to.
Some people keep only there dating communication through the app and dont exchange mobile numbers to send the private std warning.…

have had multiple account use my selfies for their profiles, account in the same area as me.
not safe when i go out in public, as people think i have been rude or left them on read - serious implications.

Security parameters and spambots
In order to share credentials with another member this app should require a fingerprint enabling for verification alongside two step authentication to prevent scams and malware type things. This is a overseer idea because it's good image for wishing to protect people who use it and also helps protect people from ill-advisedly/negativly affecting thereself

Certificate the profile
There are many fake profiles. Please add a procedure where you can verify your profile. It's a really big problem when other people copy pictures from Instagram and Grinder and thus create new profiles again and again and write in my name.

Pictures 4 picture tap
You tap a grindr button to send and also request a verifiable picture 4 picture.
It will make people more confident and comfortable knowing who is on the other side. It will almost save you the humiliation of send out a picture only to be ignored and rejected.
It will will give a chance to the people who are actually there with to use the app for what it is. Too many fake accounts and wondering if is a bot or someone who is just there to scam people
