Bring back the ethnicity filter
I am into all races and ethnicities let’s make it clear. But from time to time I want to meet someone from a specific background. I come from a middle eastern country and living far away from home recently made me desire for guys that are middle eastern as well. But since all middle eastern societies are so conservative (so am I) it is very hard to find each other. With the ethnicity filter I could at least find some who filled their information and it would be way more time consuming. Please consider my request seriously.

Why take off the gender attraction
I really enjoyed it as a bisexual man seeing only trans woman and trans woman being able to see me I was greatly disappointed in the end I’m not attracted to men but I have to put up with it I thought we where all LGBT but I guess not

Can’t find men looking for trans women
With the new gender filters, as a trans woman i don’t have the option to see men who are looking for trans women specifically. I mostly see gay men since the trans tribe has been removed. Trans attracted men can still find us via the gender filter, but we can’t find them, putting us at a disadvantage. It’s sad because grindr was the only app where trans women could find trans attracted men profiles through the trans tribe filter. Any way to change the algorithm so that trans women can see profiles of men looking for trans women?

Filter or tag by language/nationality
Let us tag or filter by nationalities or languages.
This would be a great way to meet people from our native countries or who speak languages we can more easily communicate. Adding our own nationality or language to our profile would be our choice and so would only be used by people who want to participate.

Exclusion filtering
Right now it’s only possible to use filters to showcase profiles that have the selected criteria. But i’d like to see the option to not showcase certain profiles based on what they have on their profile. For instance, i’d want to filter away everyone who has “hookup” in their looking for, so that I can see profiles that arent hunting.

"Tribes I'm Into" preference profile field and "Tribes they're into" search filter for Nearby and Explore
Grindr desperately needs a profile field for which Tribes someone is interested in, and the option to filter your Nearby and Explore screen to people who are interested in certain Tribes. Nobody jumps on Grindr hoping they'll be ignored by someone uninterested in conversing, and those people don't hop on Grindr hoping dozens of people that they aren't interested in conversing with will reach out to them. The profile field, and the search filter will fix the frustration of many.

Agregar un filtro donde se pueda seleccionar los perfiles con redes sociales y poder elegir que redes sociales específicamente.
También me parece bien que se agrege un filtro inverso que envés de mostrar lo que escoges haga lo contrario.
Por ejemplo en el rol (pasivo versátil activo)

I keep getting messages from men old enough to be my dad and 10+ years younger than me. I have my search filtered to look no more than 2 years younger and no more than 6 years older. This has been asked for many, many times. There needs to be at the very least a checkbox to make yourself visible to everybody you've filtered out of your search so people don't end up wasting their time on someone they don't have a chance with.
