   90% of the messages I receive follow the same script. How was/is your day. What do you do for work? Can we chat on whatsapp/telegraph cuz I'm not here often.It's gotten to the point if someone just asks "how was your day" I just block them right away at the first intro. You gotta do something about the scam artists....

4. When someone says they will trade pictures and then receive the pic they block you there should be an automatic button that when you see the

   There would be a mandatory pic of person that could be verified and only people who are verified are allowed to chat or communicate also if you made it where when a person sends a pic both parties agree to share pics they automatically get the other. Persons picture even if they block you. This would only be fair

10. Paid fast track pic approval with feedback

    Pic approvals are so hit and miss. Feedback would be great. Why did it get declined. Your guidelines say if it can't go on insta it can't go here but I've had insta pics declined on grindr. Upload again and it's declined, upload again it's approved. I'd pay to know why it was declined. Update to this.... You must have a team of nuns approving pics and mine is goingb to that team cause I've had a pic declined that has zeo nudity and a big ass sticker over my junk. I jave had racier pics approved. Create some approval consistency for god sakes.

    I wouls suggest a way to use the app, that doesent allow anyone to send you pics and text messages. My mind is so overwhelmed by the many people who are trying to contact me, that i cant even decide anymore whether i like them or not ahahhababa. please allow me to just see their request to message, but i dont want them to show up among all my chats. ill call this dont fish me mode

14. After blocking, the chat window should be maintained

    When someone behaves abusively in a conversation and then blocks the victim, the chat and profile disappear and there is no way to report it. In this context, the structure of the Grindr application itself favors abusive behavior by not maintaining the chat window after blocking. I would like to suggest that even after blocking, the chat window should be maintained for both parties as a way for the victim to eventually report that they had a toxic conversation and then blocked it to escape.

18. Prevent Vanishing Profiles When Blocked

    There are times where I hit it off well with people, only to find at times that they're impatient the block me moments later. Often I'm busy with other chores or checking my phone for something else.

    Their profiles immediately vanish which is a rather harsh and find it psychologically upsetting to take away an entire convo with someone you were being up rapport with. Instead of an "instant vanish" the profile and convo should be there stating "You cannot message this user" or "User has blocked your profile"

    Often, on the reverse -- many gays have said offensive, hateful vitriol but you can't even report them because they send then immediately block. Those who harass tend to be "the victors" making it psychologically and emotionally unsafe for those trying to use this app. I say this as a gay man -- never mind those who identify as non-binary or trans.

    I have been a premium account holder with subscription for the unlimited option.

    I would like to inform you that you have put a ban on my account even though I have not done anything illegal or against the use policy and terms and conditions. I understand other profiles may have reported me over time however this was just as aggression and hate or attack conspiracy.

    You can check my chats. I have always maintained respect and honesty. I have chosen the unlimited function and have been paying for Grindr Xtra and Grindr Unlimited regularly over the years so that I can take advantage of meeting people all over the world.

    I have noticed that when using the "Explore" functionality, the person we may contact can see me as a treat or a fake profile because they are not aware that it is possible to get in touch cross border from one country to another. This usually results in allegations that I am using a fake GPS or location to get in touch with someone say in Bangladesh (because they are not aware that it is possible to see profiles located in a completely different country from where I am based i.e. UK).

    It should also be taken into consideration that users can easily block a profile if they do not feel comfortable with my profile or me contacting them. So I am quite surprised how Grindr allow someone or multiple users to report a profile as something dangerous or as accuse of acting against the policies and terms and conditions even though that is not the case. This is just a way to annoy and almost like sabotage for genuine people who are paying extra money (during this cost of living crisis) to just give a little bit extra chance to communicate and to explore the LGBT network around the globe. The LGBT community already face a lot of hate crime and discrimination and on top of that when Grindr chooses to ban someone's profile without any founded reasons that is just not fair.

    I understand that this message may just be another email request to look into this matter in depth with a sensible eye and fairness to ensure there is no injustice in this world where us LGBT people already face so much trouble, rejections, hatred, etc.

    I mean I just dont understand.... I have not violated any rules or terms and conditions... Just because a bunch of people dont like me or dont approve me having the premium upgraded unlimited account they decide to report me and Grindr simply stab on me by putting a ban without any reason at all? I have not said anything to upset anyone or used any inappropriate language to upset anyone or said anything that is against the conditions for use.

    I hope you will make a fair decision and lift the ban on my account as I have paid a lot of money and now I have also lost my subscription. Bear in mind that this is a conscious choice that I have made to spend regular monthly subscription to help my mental health. And this is what I get in return? Not only it makes me feel very sad and upset for all the reasons mentioned above but also pushes me to almost lose all my faith in the LGBT system and feeling safe and being treated fairly by platforms like Grindr.
