1. Something changed recently, if I have saved messages, when I started to type I could narrow down the message and choose, now nothing shows

   I would like the feature back, seems to be a glitch issue, but I don’t want to have to scroll through saved phrases to find what I want to select, if I have them saved for a reason.

   Using https://savetiktok.org/ , I realised that it is the most convenient service for downloading videos from TikTok. The interface is very simple, the download process is fast, and what's important is that the videos are saved without watermarks. There are no restrictions or the need to install additional software. This is ideal for those who want to store content without any hassle.

6. When being blocked, blur pics & keep chats

   When the chat disappears, it's hard to tell if the message got deleted because you got blocked or the profile got banned or something else.

   It would be useful to blur the main profile picture, lock all the other pics, prevent the other person from accessing your profile on Grindr and any of your albums. However, the chat should be retained for a certain period of time so that you can report to Grindr support if there are issues (like assault or abuse) before it gets deleted. You should be warned that the chat will disappear because you were blocked or the account you interacted with has been deleted/removed.

10. Time Limited location sharing

    It would be great if there was an option to send one’s location only for a specific time work or disappearing after a set amount of time, for example
    - share location for one time view
    - share location for one hour
    - share location until revoked
    This would greatly improve privately and personal safety

13. Too many ads

    Way too many adds. 3 part ads popping up after each profile view. Mpox message keeps coming up in messages even after being read and deleted. No ads advert a pain in the ass. Grindr has deteriorated something chronic in the last year or so. Time to start looking for a better app.

15. Can’t see Messages/Profile/favourites bar

    Can only see a blank black bar on bottom of grid. Can’t see my profile/chats or favourites. Everytime I click on it, it shuts down grindr and I have to open it up again. Not sure if it’s a grindr glitch or new iOS update… have to log onto the web browser to chat and browse

    Add filters to view recent messages, and and filter to see only messages to me Eliminating the ones I messaged but didn’t respond. So they had to respond to your message or have written you a message to be seen. Another filter for messaged in the last 1 hour or pick a time frame
