1. Fix location

   It keeps showing me people that live too far away the location is not accurate. Every time I back up my chat and restore I lose most of the conversation in the pictures.

   Explore and Connect with people anywhere in the world for free(Bug)

   There is a bug in the app where any user can explore and chat with people all around the world without doing the payment.

   Type your location in the explore textbox, search and find the person you want to connect.

   Now remove the location already typed in the explore by clicking the cross button.
   During this loading time, immediately click the person you want to connect, and chat will be enabled.

   You wont be asked to pay. Repeat the steps to chat with another person.

5. Try practicing better customer service.

   Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in the same time trying to use the service to increase my options on who I may want to connect with. But I keep getting denied. I think it awfully cheap and dirty dealing of grinder to give a small amount of choices before you offer them the package that can't be bought that would allow them to increase their option by 600 profiles. I think you guys could afford to open the purse strings a little bit and to offer a few more choices than a simple 20 or 30 profiles constantly being repeated to choose from. I wish that someone from grinder would reach out to me to either solve my issue on obtaining the extra package that would allow me the 600 more profiles to choose from or offer more free profiles to choose from. I'm not even quite sure that I want to spend my money if you guys are going to be so cheap and can't see and not being fair to increase that visibility and not being able to obtain the package to resolve the issue. I mean why should i. It just shows this company is greedy out for the company only and doesn't appreciate the customers who want to buy more from Grindr but they won't let the finger to help you resolve an issue to you so. It is not very good customer service and I'm not quite sure I want to give my money to a a business who doesn't offer customer service first over everything else. I suggest you guys reevaluate either your package pricing or let go of the purse strings and give us a fair amount of profiles to choose from if we're unable to purchase an extended package. 8. More filters & not interested feature

   There should be more filters...like ethnicity. I love my black cis men. I''m not into trans men or women, really not into other ethnic groups, I respect everyone but when it comes to dating a person I know what I want. Also, have a feature that certain people can click on your profile.so if I looking for a black cis man, 18-54, then any that is not in that filter requirement shouldn't be clicking on my profile or be told that they are not in my parameters.

9. Quick nickel & diming your customers

   This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.

    I'm an MTF trans woman, and I found Grindr to be the only functional and safe environment to find potential partners.

    There are several other apps intended only for trans people and those who admire us, but in none of them we can chat without paying a subscription. we are literally forced to pay to have the right to at least talk in them. That's why I was happy when Grindr decided to be more inclusive and I intend to continue using it. This is also the reason why the number of users has also been increasing, as part of the population discovers Grindr as the best option to get to know each other.

    However, profile control is still very necessary, since we cannot define our preferences with precision, which means that we are suggested profiles that we are not interested in and also makes our profiles appear to gay men who are looking for by boys.

    Please allow us to filter our preferences and also who we can appear to. I think it is important that there is inclusion for all audiences. We need to have the options to define our gender identities and sexual orientation, as well as detail these characteristics of the people we are looking for, including whether they are single or couples.

    To conclude, in addition to defining who we are looking for, we must also define who our profiles should be presented to to avoid embarrassment.

    What you would pay for this app. You could go to a bar and get the same thing. The price is not worth it and what you charge is practically a rip-off to people that's actually looking to connect with community and make new friends. This is not supporting the gay community. This is robbing the gay community of their money.

14. Members who have used violence

    After inviting a member over which used a fake pic when arrived then pulled out a can of pepper spray and used it and kicked my face and then asked for my keys after some standing up for myself I told him he could have the car key but not the house keys ok and finally I got him out of the door and then reported to the police also if this happens to you even tho it's hard on your emotional feelings but it's the only way to stop these thugs

15. Hide users from the grid who you aren't interested in

    I currently use the "Favorite" star to mark users who I'm not interested in, for example:
    - I asked them for a face picture already
    - They didn't reply so it's clear I'm not their type

    This means I can scroll the grid and immediately see new potential matches, instead of clicking onto the same profiles every day.

    Blocking is an extreme option to achieve this, getting rid of users (basically) permanently, which is not we want to achieve (as we may like to review these users periodically).

16. Messaging

    I think that Grindr needs to do multiple things in the messaging features. The first would be able to select multiple messages and delete them at once. It’s very time consuming when you have to swipe and delete ever message. Secondly, Grindr should be able to implement a feature that you can filter individuals who haven’t messaged you back, so then you can bulk delete those individual messages. The last thing would to make the app free again. This app has just gotten worse with time and it’s not a great app anymore.

    It would be nice if we can get access to previous voice message sent. The older voice chats fails to load and can't be heard. Please fix this issue as some voice conversation could be important to the users.

    I have come across more profiles that belong to people who harassed me outside of the app and they just keep making new profiles and new profiles and it’s getting redundant and getting to scary that they’re able to do so.
